Fantastische Erfahrung: Great box with a feel-good atmosphere. The coaches are highly professional with their own athletic career and are therefore extremely competent and always focused on quality. You can go inside on a huge training area with well-kept sports equipment or also exercise outside in summer. The courses are demanding and well thought out, but still tailored to each individual participant. I think that's particularly nice because it creates an incomparable team spirit between the athletes. You just feel good, no matter what level you are at. The training itself is a first-class mixture of endurance / strength / coordination and flexibility, like hardly any another sport. The box and the sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. There is more than enough parking space. I can only recommend Box63 to anyone who wants to develop further in sports.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best Crossfit Box in the whole of Aschaffenburg and Miltenberg !! Price-performance ratio: 1A (in contrast to other CF boxes.) An optimal training area, top equipment, experienced coaches and a great training program & a great community! Anyone who has ever been there never wants to leave it is so much fun just to be there, whether for training or to watch. Great atmosphere !!
