Fantastische Erfahrung: A great EMS studio with very motivating training! Recommended in every way!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Incipient arthrosis & gout problems in various joints brought me to EMS, among other things. I've been training with Christian in his wonderful studio since the end of February '22 and what can I say - I feel very well looked after there. The studio is always clean and Christian and his team are very professional, warm and incredibly motivating at the same time. I felt comfortable there right from the start and can only warmly recommend the studio and its trainers. The training is just right for me - short duration and a lot of effect :-) I'm 54 years old and when I first measured and analyzed my metabolic age as part of the training, I was 67 - what a shock. Through regular EMS training, a change in diet and more sport (stretching, yoga, aqua jogging), my metabolic age after 3 months was already 39 years and I lost over 22 kilos and of course all other measured values ​​​​in the 2nd analysis have increased improved. My osteoarthritis pain is almost gone thanks to the muscle build-up and additional stretching exercises, and I have largely got my gout under control thanks to the change in diet. What amazes me - I've done yoga and aqua jogging regularly before, but that didn't boost my metabolism as much (I'm saying this as a layman) as in the combination with EMS. It's only since I've been doing EMS that I've noticed that I feel fitter and more powerful overall and that I can reduce weight in a good way and build muscle at the same time. I just feel good now and I'm grateful to have found this great studio :-)

During training, you are really encouraged and you also pay attention to the correct execution, since a maximum of two people train at the same time. Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been there for 9 months. I used to do sports. However, due to an accident, I was no longer able to stress my knees properly. My shoulders were also operated on. Thus, unfortunately, regular sport was no longer an option for me - despite several attempts. Through EMS training I managed to build up my muscles again without being in pain. In the meantime I can ride a bike over 30 km (without practice) without any problems. My "former" fat has become muscle mass. Great feeling :-) I am enthusiastic about EMS and can only recommend it. Fantastische Erfahrung: Super nice team, pleasant relaxed atmosphere in the studio, hygiene and distance are really taken care of. Prior to this, possible restrictions are discussed, you really take your time and are open to all questions. During the training you can express your wishes directly and the trainer advises you individually. The EMS training itself is a lot of fun, you can push your limits and feel your body in a completely different way than with conventional training. Instructions from the trainer ensure that the execution is gentle on the joints. After the 20min I felt physically good and fit, almost "full of energy", the next day I had sore muscles. Can't say anything negative and recommend it to anyone who is open to a new training method and a small, personable team of trainers!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been here since April 19 and was skeptical at first. I am 59 and have Gr. 52 and there are even training clothes for me. So, to all doubters, contrary to expectations, it is fun to sweat at least once a week. The trainers are super nice here and I feel really good, although I am not my main target group with my age and weight.

The team is extremely nice and professional. If you are new to Offenbach, you can find out everything you need to know about the Hafeninsel, Offenbach and the Rhine-Main area from the boss. Christian replaces (without gossiping and in the most pleasant way) a daily newspaper. The offer is of course optional. The decor is modern and clean, even during Corona you feel comfortable here. Einty the prices are relatively steep, which is understandable with a maximum of two people per trainer and the probably horrendous electricity costs.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Efficient & individual training with charming & funny personal trainers! 20 minutes a week is not enough for me personally, but it depends on my personal goals. The training with takes place max. Another person and trainer and is a great addition to muscle building. After I got the hang of it, I feel stronger every week. The advice in advance is great, the mood is always relaxed and I like to come by every week. Especially important at the moment: super clean, ventilated and lots of space!
