Fantastisches Erlebnis: Many thanks to the Sports Up. An absolutely great and well-kept gym that clearly stands out from other studios. Even if I no longer live in the region and unfortunately had to leave Sports Up, I can only warmly recommend it. Here the health of each individual is taken care of. That means, there is not only the typical fitness equipment but also offers for stretching and relaxation. The motivated staff provides very professional advice and enables healthy training progress. Injuries and weak points are also taken into account in the training plan. In general, the training atmosphere is very pleasant. I always felt really good and enjoyed my training sessions a lot.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can tell from my personal experience that the staff is great and they go out of their way despite Corona. And soon there will also be a sports area outside of it, I'm really looking forward to it! The course plans are also flawless and a lot of fun. I can more than recommend the K750 course, Zumba and the yoga course !!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been a member since January 2019 and have always been enthusiastic about this great studio. The advice is always knowledgeable and very professional. You are always greeted openly and warmly and you will find an open ear for all topics. Even in times of the pandemic, the online courses are a lot of fun and get the most out of this time. We recommend!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hi Guys. I feel very comfortable here. Suggestion for improvement: Please offer free WiFi. Many people hang out there with a mobile device. For you it would be another quality and unique selling point.

Positive Erfahrung: Poor gym. More for people who have little understanding of what they are doing. More to maintain mobility). But there are exceptions. The service is excellent, the trainers also.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great people there, innovative with PowerPlate and MilonCircle. It's fun to train there :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can only recommend the "Sports Up"! The team is courteous and very competent, which gives the club a good atmosphere. The well-run courses offer everything you need. From spinal gymnastics to yoga to intensive "power courses" such as Zumba or Tabata (and much more), there is something for everyone. Personally, I am also very impressed by the five® concept after a back problem, which had a very large part in my recovery. The devices are very good and after training you can regenerate in the beautifully designed sauna area (meditation sauna and Finnish sauna). The entire club including the wet areas is always neat and clean! It is more than a "muckibude" because the atmosphere is also right among the athletes and there is extensive advice and instructions. In my view there is nothing I could fault, keep it up!
