Fantastisches Erlebnis: Thank you for allowing me to practice Ashtanga Yoga with you for so long and for being such a patient and empathetic person. Yoga used to be just like a "workout" for me, which I just did for my back because it had to be. In the previous courses, there was never any talk of "correct" breathing, somewhere, tensing anything, etc. until I sat in your room for the first time and initially only understood train station... Never in my life would I have thought at the time that I could start with the terms "Uddiyana bandha", "Jalandhara Bandha" and "Mula Bandha" can even start, let alone connect everything with each other - INCONSIDERABLE . But thanks to you I can now perceive and enjoy yoga on a completely different level. Even after all these years I'm still learning a lot, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. You are such a great person with such a special energy and for me there is no better yoga teacher than you dear Heike - thank you very much ❤️

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Dear Heike, I would like to thank you very much via Google for the great Yin Yoga classes (I've been with you since 2018). Your instructions look "inconspicuous" at first, but they have a "very big effect". Before I started practicing Yin Yoga with you, I was quite stiff and turning around / looking over my shoulder was really quite difficult. I had to go to thorn therapy regularly to relieve tension. Since Yin Yoga now, I feel like I can bend completely. The problems in the ISG are gone ;-) I am so glad that I found you, even if I cannot always take part due to work. My plan, go on, your yin yoga classes are just of very high quality. Many thanks dear Heike!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The instructions of the yoga lessons are very careful and concrete, so that even beginners can follow very well. The exercises are very balanced and do not lead to unnecessary overload. After each lesson I feel more flexible and relaxed - which is reinforced by the sounds at the end of the lesson.
