Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great atmosphere and great training are guaranteed. I myself can recommend the Kung Fu Ü30 group and through the training I was able to cure one or the other ache in the knee. So good that after 4 months I was even able to take part in the San-Shou lesson, which exhausted the word and gave endurance training a whole new direction.
