Fantastisches Erlebnis: Living ist eigentlich kein Fitnessstudio sondern ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und ein Jungbrunnen. Ich fühle mich rundum wohl und habe immer einen Ansprechpartner für meine Fragen und gesundheitlichen Probleme. Das Training an den Geräten ist überhaupt nicht kompliziert weil alles eingespeichert ist. Eine Besonderheit ist das Training fürs Gehirn, das macht sogar richtig Spaß und ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich auch im Alltag schon fitter bin und schneller reagieren kann. Für die Entspannung gehe ich in die Sauna oder lasse mich auf einer speziellen Liege massieren.
