After getting to know each other for the first time, I noticed that I would get along very well with Manuel. The training is very varied and is always customized. He pursues realistic goals and promises nothing that he cannot implement or keep. He literally sparkles with motivation and passion for what he does and that is immediately transferred to you. I feel very well looked after, can always ask and he takes his time and helps immediately. In terms of nutrition, he also dealt with my individual needs and problems and had many additional tips.
