Fantastisches Erlebnis: I took the baby tummy online course. It was a very nice experience! The exercises were very good and did the body super good and I was relaxed and energetic after each class. The exercises are developed in cooperation with midwives and Yvonne is always careful to only want the best for our little, unborn treasures. It was really great and would do it again and again !!

It helped me with my back and hip problems, plus the fact that you were relaxed after every hour, which was really good for me and the little belly-dweller. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Part of this year's retreat was a group yoga class with Yvonne. I have to say that most of us have not had much to do with yoga. In perfect weather we met in Lustgarten in Wernigerode and had a great time. Yvonne is a very pleasant, great woman who knows how to teach yoga while creating a pleasant atmosphere and spreading relaxation. Even one or the other Yoga skeptic was convinced after that day. Everyone was enthusiastic about the relaxation that has taken place and about the distraction from everyday work. Team Building Actions that enhance collaboration and cohesion Strengths are very important, but we at Yvonne have learned how important it is to relax together and focus on yourself, body and mind. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hello my dears, I also want to talk about my experiences here today. I learned from Yvonne from my gynecologist because there are quite a few flyers and I have registered promptly. Since I was pregnant at that time or a few months ago, I participated in Babybauch Yoga, which was really great and I can only recommend any expectant Mommy. It is super relaxing and prepares you for the birth. Yvonne has made this course so great and has always responded to each mum individually and if a problem with z.b. the symphyse had, (as I among other things) she gave me even a private tip or exercises for home. You see, I can only rave and I will go again, this time but to the normal yoga.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A great, clean studio with a very loving yoga teacher. I went there during my pregnancy and for the first time in 10 years I finally had no more neck pain! This hour of relaxing time for me and my marble was also priceless - I think yes, that's why the baby is so relaxed today! Only to be recommended!!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Around Carefree package describes it probably the best. After successful participation, I can only recommend the Babybauch Yoga course. Relaxation, exercise and a successful atmosphere fill the room. Ivonne is for me an authentic and sympathetic trainer. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been in various yoga courses since 2006 and can confirm that Ivonne is sensitive to us participants and always offers a varied program. Her colleague Rieko also guides us well through the yoga class. From relaxation to Hatha to "exhausting" I went through everything with both. I think the aromatic oils that are also offered during the relaxation phase are great. Even my daughter (7 years old) has been enthusiastically going to Ivonne since her first children's yoga class. Yoga has become a part of our lives. I can highly recommend the studio.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A yoga school to feel good. The rooms are bright and create a nice atmosphere. Everyone is considered individually with their abilities and possible physical limitations. The exercises are varied, beneficial and relaxing. Ivonne runs her school with a lot of heart. The yoga classes fly by and I leave the school relaxed after 90 minutes with a smile.
