Fantastisches Erlebnis: Love F45 and how challenging the workouts are even if you’re someone that works out regularly (like me). The vibe & workouts are the same great experience as anywhere else. You can book classes/buy passes using the F45 app, so pretty smooth experience. Location is also very central and easy to get to.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Absolutely love this place, the trainers and workouts. All you need to feel good and get back into or even increase your fitness level. Workout adjustments possible in case of prior injuries etc. so you can pretty much create your own workout and train at your pace. The mix of cardio and resistance focused training several times a week, several times a day gives you the perfect base to create a weekly schedule. You will not miss out on training or private fun events due to classes either in the mornings, lunch or night time.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: f45 is the ideal place for both ambitious beginners and advanced athletes to (re-)start their sports careers. In an intimate team atmosphere the coaches will make sure to push you to your personal best! I also love the community aspect apart from the training itself, for example the end-of-challenge parties! :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Sehr cooles neues Boutique Gym Konzept in Hamburg zentral gelegen zwischen Jungfernstieg und Gänsemarkt. Die perfekte Anlaufstelle für schweißtreibende Ganzkörper-Workouts bestehend aus Functional Training, HIIT und Cardio Elementen. Ich bin bei der Samstags Session halb gestorben, aber mit dem Motivationskick der Gruppe sowie die Unterstützung der 2x Coaches auf der Trainingsfläche habe ich bis zum Ende durchgehalten. Das Motto "WE PUSH YOU TO THE LIMIT" ist hier wirklich Programm

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Wir sind am Wochenende extra nach Hamburg gekommen um das neue F45 zu testen. Die Trainer haben uns absolut motiviert über unsere Grenzen zu gehen. Wir können das Studio nur weiter empfehlen, jeder der die Gelegenheit hat muss unbedingt mal für eine Session vorbei kommen.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Harte aber freundliche Trainer die einem helfen das letze Bisschen aus einem heraus zu kitzeln. Die 45 Minuten vergehen schnell und wirklich jeder war danach absolut fertig. Egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittener Sportler, jeder kann die für sich passende Intensität finden und langweilt sich aufgrund der täglich wechselnden Übungen nicht. Ich komme wieder!
