Fantastisches Erlebnis: An amazing place to train! All the trainers are so incredibly friendly and they’re always making their clients laugh whilst working out. Neil is my PT and is the most fabulous trainer anyone can have! He will always go above and beyond to make his clients comfortable and make the training sessions so enjoyable.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great class for multiple skill levels, easy to travel location, and EXCELLENT English speaking program. As an American that is now living in Munich, finding a fitness program that could accommodate my lack of German was a must and this place delivered.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Neil's mums and babies class is fantastic! It's a great way to get back to exercise after pregnancy in a fun, supportive, and relaxed environment. Neil is an experienced pre- and postnatal trainer and ensures that all exercises are safe and appropriate. I have loved going for the last 5 years!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Excellent, can only recommend! I started going to Evolve Fitness in October 2021 because of back pain and since working with one of the trainers, Adrian, it’s improved a lot and I am so happy. Adrian is really kind, listens to what you want to achieve and creates such a good atmosphere when you’re training. Everyone who works and trains here is super friendly and encouraging!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Excellent location and the Studio! They do have many options for training. Also they have physiotherapy option for those needing rehabilitation. Staff is super professional! I also recommend it for small group training like Pilates.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been training at Evolve for almost a year now, and every session continues to be challenging (in the best way) and fun! The trainers listen to your personal goals and create a plan specifically designed for you. I've always loved training with others, whether it be in a class setting or one-on-one, but I have truly never been pushed in such a good way as I have at Evolve. It doesn't hurt that the trainers are also a great group of people! :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Love going to Evolve. I work with Niel but all the trainers are so friendly and supportive. I have made a good friend in Niel and feel supported through the community at Evolve. On top of all of this and more importantly, it is a great place to workout and get in shape. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and professional and really strive to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Could not recommend Evolve more it is totally worth trying if you have even the slightest interest! I’m sure you’ll be hooked!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great studio with really friendly staff. English classes. Small but nice studio. They even provide clean towels(!) The only con is small space in changing room and one shower. However, the rest is wonderfull!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been training with Neil for 10 months, and I totally recommend him as a trainer, and this studio as a place to get fit and strong while having fun. Neil is a great trainer, he's putting 100% of his attention to you and your goals during the sessions, he's very caring and kind person, and he really knows how to help you work hard, getting the results you want. Other than personal training sessions, this studio offers small size classes (check their stories on Instagram - they're so much fun!), and a professional massage. The team is stellar! Great and friendly people.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I haphazardly stumbled upon Evolve Fitness a few weeks after moving to Munich from Seattle, and I’ve never looked back. I have been with Evolve Fitness for 15 months. There is a trainer for everyone! They meet your needs by taking a close assessment of your fitness level and creating an individualized training plan. You are challenged and motivated every step of the way. Most importantly it’s about having fun! The last 3 months I have made significant progress. I am stronger and leaner. Ich fühle mich fantastisch! In addition to personal training, they offer Group Fitness HIIT. It is a friendly, and fun, yet professional space where you can build community.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Have been training with Simon (and my wife with Neil), great team and very professional approach to personal training. Going twice a week and building strength after a few injuries these past few years, you are challenged at every session but always stays in the the realm of your capabilities. The point is to trust where they are taking you, you will quickly feel the progress. I’ve worked with personal trainers in London, Paris and New York, this is by far the best place I’ve been to, reason is they have a solid focus on tailoring your workout vs. just a simple routine and ticking a box. Oh, and they speak English which is obviously helpful for me in particular... I highly recommend!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been training at Evolve fitness with Simon for a year now and it has been a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. Fantastisches Erlebnis: When I first arrived in Munich, I was looking for an English speaking community. My wishes came true when I stumbled across Simon at Evolve Fitness. A fitness studio like no other. They soon become your friends and your personal motivators, pushing you outside your comfort zone. Danielle has transformed my nutrition, love for burpees (not really) and the ability to deadlift over 100% of my body weight (yes really). She is one of the strongest Personal Trainers I have ever met. If you feel intimidated by commercial gyms, want to get healthy, or need advice on changing your nutrition, go meet the gang and become part of the funniest ex-pat community in Munich.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I love working out with the Evolve trainers and really appreciate their expertise and focus. I've been training with Simon for about half a year and he delivers what I expect: he motivates me, makes sure I am training right and is giving me visible results. Thanks Evolve!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Excellent personal training aimed at foreigners in Munich, just as you need it - and no German language skills required ;-) My experience so far has had a very high level of professionalism and care for my own needs, and even though it is a smaller place (compared to other chain fitness studios around) there is enough equipment to keep you busy. The trainer I have been with (Alvaro) is from Spain, so we even train in Spanish. I personally never trained like this before... both thumbs up to my trainer and the whole Evolve team!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been going to the circuit training sessions for a couple of months now, and have found them to be nothing but an amazing workout! The guys at Evolve are really a great bunch, offering both a relaxed environment and the all important motivation you need to make sure you've come out of the other end feeling a lot fitter and stronger as a result! Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great place, great people and high-quality training. I've done Circuit Training and Pilates courses. Small class size is a huge plus. I've recommended Evolve to a lot of friends so far. The past months I got into Yoga as well. After going through major work and life stress the last years and developing health issues, I realized I needed to change my mindset and outlook on life. Andrea's yoga courses have been a godsend I instantly felt comfortable as a beginner. Andrea has a very special gift that made the class calming and relaxing, yet challenging and fun! ‍♂️ She made sure posture was correct and safe. Over the past months my mobility, flexibility and strength have improved. More importantly, my mindset is healthier. She encouraged us to connect with our body and as a result I’ve felt less stress, more connected with nature and with people around me. Becoming more easy going and accepting of life’s ups and downs. I’m in the middle of a beautiful transformation that helps me feel the world rather than overthink it through the eyes of an engineer. Thank you Andrea!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Ich kann Evolve Fitness für Personal Training in München uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Simon ist der Trainer, kommt aus Irland und hat ein tolles Studio mit flexiblen Trainingszeiten im Zentrum von München. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass er auch an Fitnesskursen/Zirkeltraining teilnimmt ... Ich fand es viel besser, als ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen, und bemerkte innerhalb weniger Wochen Ergebnisse.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I started training with Simon in July and it is one of the best decision I have ever made. Simon is professional but caring, has a positive attitude and motivates you to give your best without pushing. Training with him is always pleasant and sometimes downright fun, if I have had a bad/long day I can be sure I will feel better afterwards. The whole team is very nice and competent, so the atmosphere there is just great.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I truly recommend this team and specially Neil for all the pregnant ladies in Munich that want to stay in shape during pregnancy ( NO BACK PAIN !!!) and also to prepare the body for the exhausting experience of giving birth. I trained with Neil until almost the end of my pregnancy and it was for sure the best decision. Neil is a really great trainer that knows how to adapt the exercises to the fitness level of each person and also a nice and funny guy that can tolerate with success the complaints of a pregnant lady .
