Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich bin schon seit zwei Jahren bei 10th Planet mit meinen Söhnen und bin sehr zufrieden. Ralf ist ein super Trainer, die Atmosphäre ist stets familiär und kollegial, auch meine Kinder kommen sehr gerne hier her. Ich kann es daher für Erwachsene, Jugendliche und Kinder dringend weiterempfehlen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Tolles Training- Top Trainer. Ralf hat In Los Angeles gelebt und weiß wovon er spricht. Er hat bei Eddie Bravo trainiert und damit die Finessen und Grauzonen des Gi und Nogi Systems, geprägt durch die Gracies, hinterfragt und ist damit wesentlich im Stande etwas Großes als Trainer zu leisten, weil er weiß was nützlich ist und was weniger dir helfen wird - er weiß genau, worauf es ankommt. Ich kann das Training vom ganzen Herzen empfehlen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe mich, im April 2022 bei Ralf Warneking im 10th Planet Gym angemeldet. Ich habe natürlich viel im BJJ gelernt in der ganzen Zeit aber noch dazu war ich viel zu übergewichtig als ich dort angefangen habe zu trainieren (116 kg schwer) und habe durch das Training gute 30 Kilo abgenommen (85 Kilo aktuelles Gewicht) ich hätte nie gedacht dass mir das nochmal gelingt. Somit Vielen Dank an Ralf Warneking für das sehr gute Training. Also Jeder der BJJ lernen möchte oder noch dazu noch ordentlich abnehmen möchte dem kann ich das 10th Planet Gym nur empfehlen Liebe Grüße Patrick Bro

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich hab vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr mit Jiu Jitsu angefangen. Über das Gym kann ich sagen, dass die Atmosphäre einzigartig ist. Unter den Trainierenden hilft man sich und motiviert sich gegenseitig wo man kann. Mit Ralf hat das Gym einen Trainer, welcher nicht nur jahrzehntelange Erfahrung und technisches Detail in sehr hohem Maße mitbringt, sondern auch einen Coach der seine Schüler im Auge hat und weiß wo die Schwächen und Stärken liegen. Cool ist auch, dass man Menschen aus aller Welt, Altersklassen und Fortgeschrittenheitsgrad trifft. Überzeugt euch gerne selber ;)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super Atmosphäre, guter Trainer. BJJ Training und Techniken werden erfolgsorientiert auf Aufgabetechniken ausgelegt. Stand up Training (Boxen/Thaiboxen) hat einen sehr guten Lerneffekt dank angepasster Intensität. Das spart auch wertvolle Gehirnzellen.

He has made a family friendly environment while simultaneously creating a gym that breeds high level competitive athletes to people who just want to learn something new. I have been training and studying jiu-jitsu for around 7 years now before that I came from a kickboxing background and have trained in the martial art's for over 23 years now; however within the first hour of training under Mr. Warneking he has helped me improve my skillset tremendously and I learn each and every time I go to train with him and his students. Ralf's pedigree speaks for itself. Undefeated kickboxing champion, one of the original group of students to receive a jiu-jitsu black belt under Eddie Bravo. Ralph has countless victories in jiu-jitsu competition. Mr. Warneking has been able to successfully transfer his skills and knowledge into his passion for teaching and is an excellent instructor. Fantastische Erfahrung: I loved jiu jitsu for the couple of years that I did it but a bad motorcycle accident sidelined me for many years. After recovery, I was busy with work and travel and only dropped into the occasional class here or there. Over the years I've been lucky enough to drop into classes at a lot of great places but it wasn't until a session with Ralph at 10p Berlin that I was absolutely hooked. Now I can't get enough. There is SOOO MUCH to learn and I'm blessed to be able to learn as much as I will ever be able to absorb and all in one place. From the big picture to the smallest detail, I'm learning with what feels like family. Fantastic experience!

Überragende technische Erklärungen, familiäre Atmosphäre und ein charismatischer und humorvoller Meister der immer für ein paar nice Rolls zu haben ist! Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Es gibt nichts Besseres. Alle sind mega Freundlich und man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen. Das Training ist sehr abwechslungsreich, wodurch es nie eintönig wird. Die Matten werden 2x täglich gereinigt. Wenn das Training losgeht, liegt KEIN Dreck oder Schweiß auf dem Boden. Es ist auch nicht so schrecklich überfüllt, wie viele andere.

Wer ein bisschen zurückhalten ist muss ihn erstmal kennen lernen. Das macht das ohnehin sehr gut Training einzigartig. Ralf hat viele Jahre in Kalifornien direkt bei Eddie Bravo trainiert. In dieser Zeit hat er den ersten Platz bei den Nogi Weltmeisterschaften der IBJJF gewonnen. Ralf ist einer von Eddies ersten Schwarz Gurte und einer von sehr wenigen im 10th planet system in Europa. Er kennt und unterrichtet nicht nur das 10th Planet System sondern auch eine viel fallt an Bein hebeln und selbst entwickelten submissions. Wenn ihr noch keine Erfahrung habt kommt einfach zu einer der Anfänger Klassen. Wenn ihr schon BJJ trainert kommt trotzdem mal, entweder Samstags zur open mat oder zu einer der fortgeschrittenen Klassen und mach euch ein eigenes Bild. English I'm training with ralf for 3 years and I love it. The training is lots of fun and I'm learning something every time. Ralf is a real character. If you are a little reserved it takes a moment to get ro know him. His personality makes the excellent training a unique experience. For many years Ralf lived in California and trained directly with Eddie Bravo. During this time he won gold at the IBJJF Nogi worlds. Ralf is one of Eddie's first black belts and one of the only in the 10th planet system in Europe. He not only teaches the 10th planet system but also a variety of leg locks as well as his own submissions. If you have no experience join one of the beginners classes. If you already practice BJJ cone for the open mat on Saturday out join one of the advanced classes ro get your own impression.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a practitioner of the martial arts for over 20 years and I am continuously surprised of how deep the technical level of Ralf's style of Jiu Jitsu goes. When I first moved to Berlin, I searched the city for places to train and gauged the martial arts scene in the city. There were quite a few jiu jitsu places that trained in the gi that offered classes in no-gi. But gi is not really my cup of tea and I wanted to be taught by a no-gi specialist. I had done no-gi jiu jitsu at a 10th Planet school a couple of times before and really enjoyed it, so when I saw that there was a 10th Planet black belt in Berlin, I knew I had to start training with him. First day of class we drilled heel hooks, straight ankle locks, and knee bars in a class full of white belts. We even rolled after using the same techniques and there was not one injury. Ralf was very clear and concise about how to drill each and every technique safely. Classes are also taught in both English and German. Ralf teaches the 10th Planet System and catch wrestling chain submission chains in tandem along with his own personal style. He teaches us not just techniques, but rather jiu jitsu concepts that help our over all game that can be applied to any style. After only 4 months of training jiu jitsu with Ralf, I was able to tap out an experience purple belt two times (with some coaching) and managed to get tapped out only two times as a white belt. In addition to being a great jiu jitsu coach, Ralf is also a trained naturopathic medicine practitioner and chiropractor with an extensive knowledge of anatomy. In less than 10 seconds, he completely fixed my dislocated hip that I suffered from on and off since 2013. Also using physical therapy exercises, he helped rehabilitate and fix my knee that I had injured in early 2018 by doing the rubber guard improperly. Ever since, I try to make it to every class that is offered due to how much it helps maintain my health and it keeps my skills and mind sharp. If you're looking for a well rounded jiu jitsu gym with a world class coach and an international atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ralf Warneking, aka The Germanator, is one of the most experienced grapplers in the game today. He brings a unique combination, blending submission-based 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu with a catch wrestling style. After one class, I felt like I absorbed as much information as I would in a 3 hour seminar. Ralf connects well with his students; his ability to breakdown principles and attention to details sets him apart from others. I would recommend his classes to all ages and skill levels; his passion for the sport is very prevalent and I look forward to training with him in the future!

Home gym is Gracie Barra in Santa Barbara and my lock down to electric chair was cleaned right up... been watching Eddie's videos. Friendly and welcoming. Pay them a visit.

Aufgrund seiner medezinischen Ausbildung und langjährigen Erfahrung als Chiropraktiker und Kampfsportler ist sein Training stets hervorragend anatomisch abgestimmt. Bei Ralf lernt man nicht nur ein oder zwei Gegenaktionen auf einen Angriff sondern ganze Verteidigungs- und Angriffsketten. Sein Reportoi erstreckt sich von gesunder Ernährung über funktionale Kraftausdauerübungen bis hin zu perfektionierten Kampfsporttechniken. Wenn ihr ein effektives Kampfsporttraining sucht, eure Fitness verbessern und im Fall der Fälle in der Lage sein wollt euch zu verteidigen, seid ihr bei Ralf genau richtig.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am a 4th degree tae-kwondo black belt, old now. When in LA I was working too hard with my businesses and not working out enough. I hired Ralf to be my personal trainer, weight training and to make me work out, business or not, no excuses. He did a terrific job and changed my body, and I got lots of compliments. Wish we lived near each other, I would hire him as a personal trainer in a hot second. As for the Jujitsu, he is top of the mark
