Negative Erfahrung: 70 EUR für eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad und ein Pool sind ein stolzer Preis. War trotzdem schön. Aber der Empfang war doch speziell, beim ersten und einzigen Eintritt versuchte mir die Dame am Empfang auszureden, wegen der vielen Leute einzutreten. Stellte sich aber heraus, dass schlussendlich nur wenige in den Räumen waren. Zum zweiten Eintritt kam es nicht mehr, es hiess alles sei voll und ausgebucht. Ich konnte aber keinen einzigen Gast sehen. Ich vermute sie wollten die Anlage früher als 21 Uhr schliessen und Gäste wohl abwimmeln. Scheint fast als wollen sie keine Einnahmen machen.

Negative Erfahrung: Mon mari a réservé un massage pour moi hier soir. En arrivant on me demande l’intensité que je souhaite et je notifie donc que je souhaite un massage puissant ayant des courbatures et fait une marche depuis 4 jours. En arrivant la masseuse m’explique que j’aurais un massage léger car on a réservé un massage relaxant le classique (dans la description il parle quand même de détente musculaire). Mais pourquoi me demander dans ce cas si je n’ai pas le choix?? À la suite de ça la masseuse commence son massage en soupirant (elle a soupiré un dizaine de fois durant le massage), une bonne façon de montrer qu’elle avait pas envi d’être là… La meilleure partie est que j’ai eu le massage le plus léger de ma vie j’ai cru être en sucre, vu qu’elle m’a fait la réflexion au début je n’ai même pas osé demandé un peu plus fort… Une grosse déception et frustration! De l’argent gaspillé et j’ai été très déçu de cet établissement de luxe.

Positive Erfahrung: Tolles Spa nur das Wasser im Schwimmbad dürfte ein wenig wärmer sein. Dampfgrotte, Sauna und Infrarotkabine waren schön und auch sauber!

Positive Erfahrung: For the price I wasn't impressed, there were much better spas in Germany for a fraction of the cost. I booked a 60 min massage through their online website, which came out to €125. I arrived early so I was given a tour and inquired about the day spa which was €39, I decided to add on the day pass and hang out before my massage. The pool was suit required and open to hotel guests so there were kids in it, which I was unable to use cause I hadn't brought my suit with me. The sauna area was adults only and had only 3 saunas, very small compared to other spots I've been in Germany. My massage was decent, I was given fresh fruit and water before leaving.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Tolles Spa! Es war an einem Samstag sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht: Sauna, Dampfbad, Pool und etc. Der Service war sehr gut und es gibt für mich nichts zu beanstanden.

Positive Erfahrung: Adequate adequate accommodation near train station in Munich branch. Not enough staff (30 minutes to check in). Gym wasn’t functioning and closed for repairs despite advertised and confirmed the day of as being open 24h. Excellent head of guest services made customer experience better.

Negative Erfahrung: Absolutely disgraceful. I have stayed at the Softiels around the world as an Accor member. Sofitel has taken money out of 400 euros, despite the fact I paid in advance for my room. They take out money without justiifcation and cause. Do not give your card to them. I will be taking action. Disgraceful!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wir waren zu zweit, hatten beide eine tolle Massage und der Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfsauna und Infrarotsauna, einem kleinen Schwimmbad lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unser Buchung war sehr spontan und kein Problem. Ein ganz großes Lob an das Spa-Team. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Macht weiter so.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great spa, not very busy. Had a massage which was very good with great pressure. The spa pool is a very relaxing place but you can't sit near it which is some ways is really nice. This place has everything you can need. They do charge for herbal teas what others in Munich don't but this wouldn't stop me coming back.

Negative Erfahrung: Leider kamen wir gar nicht erst in den Genuss, den Spa zu testen. Wir haben online zwei Wochen vor dem geplanten Besuch angefragt. Auf die Anfrage für den Dayspa kam die Antwort, wir müssten eine Anwendung buchen. Wir wollten drei Gesichtsbehandlungen, leider gab es nur noch zwei. In der Email wurde um Bestätigung gebeten, die Buchung wurde meinerseits bestätigt. Sicherheitshalber habe ich noch mal angerufen – zum Glück. Unsere Buchung war nicht aufgenommen und alle Termine bereits vergeben, der Besuch des Dayspas wurde uns dann ebenso abgesagt. Enttäuschender Service, gerade bei einem Haus wie dem Sofitel. Den Stern gibt’s für die immerhin freundliche Kollegin am Telefon, der das Chaos sehr leid tat.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Spa. Hervorragende Behandlungen! Sehr freundliches Personal. Äußerst gutes Obst auch im Winter.

Fantastische Erfahrung: It was my birthday where I celebrated with my love one and friends, the Spa is exceptional with amazing massages and relaxing ambiente, I just came back from Bali and the massage I had here, I would totally recommend for everyone who wants to have a pampering experience and enjoy the best moments there. Kind of wish the steam room had eucalyptus in it because it smelled slightly funky but other than that this is a cool little spa. The hydro jet massage is cool lol good warm up to a real massage

Positive Erfahrung: i would want to give a detailed review along with what went well with me and what I found okay i have taken both the hydro jet and Swedish massage here -what worked for me : the staff definitely, the massage was a very refreshing experience. - what could be better : i have extremely stiff neck and shoulder and I didn't feel any relaxation in that. so if you just want to relax, sure go ahead and i would say hydro jet is enough for that. but i still have ache and soring shoulders, if anything my shoulder pain increased after the massage, so I don't think it's worth the price. i would have given two stars, but one extra for the staff as they are definitely courteous and good people were nice and i don't have any complaints, but i won't visit again because the massage quality wasn't good enough for me

Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Sofitel in München am Hauptbahnhof ist selbst für einen Spa-Junkie wie mich eine wirkliche Eröffnung! Meine Schwester und ich haben uns kürzlich mit nur einem Tag Vorlauf dort angemeldet. Meine Schwester, die ihr 3 Monate altes Baby im Gepäck hatte, hat eine Rückenmassage gebucht, ich selbst eine Gesichtsbehandlung. Frau Bräu hat uns in allen Belangen exzellent und professionell beraten und Graziella hat beide Behandlungen nacheinander hervorragend ausgeführt. Im Anschluss gab es einen Obstteller mit Früchten allererster Wahl und wirklich bester Qualität, von Maracuja, Erdbeeren über Trauben uvm.). Wasser gab es sowohl aus dem Spender, es wurde aber auch öfters durch das Personal gebracht. Wir konnten problemlos Kaffee in den Spa-Bereich ordern, obwohl wir keine Hotelgäste waren und fühlten uns stets dezent, aufmerksam und liebevoll versorgt. Der Spa-Bereich hat einen sehr hübschen Pool (hier nur mit Bikini) und einen Nacktbereich mit Dampfbad, Sauna und reichlich Duschen unterschiedlicher Art. Es war überall sehr sauber, es steht Shampoo, Conditioner, BodyWash und BodyLotion von luxuriösen Marken an allen entsprechenden Stellen zur Verfügung. In der Umkleide gibt es Wattepads, Q-Tips, Holzkämme, Nagelfeilen etc. Es bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Der Eintrittspreis ist für das was man bekommt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels ähnlicher Kategorien wirklich sehr günstig. Ich kann das Sofitel insgesamt nur wärmstens empfehlen, egal ob für einen selbst oder als Geschenkgutschein, so bin ich nämlich in diese wunderbare Oase gekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Positive Erfahrung: I went here on short notice after a long flight and thought it was very chic. The 90min massage was extremely relaxing and the sauna and steam room were incredible. (Both are in a nude area) The pool was okay and, as is often the case in Europe, separate from both the nude area and sauna - which means you'll need to put a suit on if you're planning on hopping from sauna to pool. It's shaped like a shell which is interesting, but the lack of a hot tub was disappointing. The staff was extremely friendly if not a little flustered, but we're extremely accommodating. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting.
