Negative Erfahrung: kann mich anderen Meinungen nur anschließen, es fing super an und nahm rapide ab. Es ist wie bei der Deutschen Bahn, es werden mehr Plätze verkauft als tatsächlich Platz ist. Derzeit komme ich Mittwoch und Sonntag um 6-7 Uhr morgens, um überhaupt mein Training durchziehen zu können. Das ist kein Dauerzustand! Die Handhanteln wurden mittlerweile an einem zentralen Ort positioniert und nicht mehr praktisch im Studio verteilt, was die wenigen Plätze im Hantelbereich noch unerreichbarer macht (eine furchtbare Design-Entscheidung, bei eh schon kompakten Räumen). Ich bin bereit meine Bewertung zu revidieren, sollte das Management eine Slot-basierte Organisation in Erwägung ziehen, oder dazu bereit sein, nach kommenden Kündigungen keine neuen Anmeldungen mehr anzunehmen. Schade um den guten Standort PS: ein zuverlässiger Indikator um den aktuellen Besucherstand einzusehen wäre ebenfalls hilfreich, für Spontanbesuche

Negative Erfahrung: Evo used to be such a nice clean gym, my favourite in Berlin, which I was happy to find after going through several gyms. But in the past months it has been SO EXTREMELY FULL regardless of what time you go. You can barely complete any workout because the machines are all taken, there is almost no space to move and breathe. And no staff to approach either. I’m sad to say it almost feels like a waste of time to go there. I hope they implement some sort of slot booking system so that at least it doesn’t get too crowded!!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ordentliches Gym

Negative Erfahrung: Es war mal deutlich angenehmer zu trainieren von der Menge der Menschen. Mittags war es ein Traum, abends ging es ohne lange Warte Zeiten. Das hat sich leider komplett verändert, es ist einfach nur noch unangenehm überfüllt. Es bilden sich zum Teil Schlangen für Geräte. Man hätte echt ein Limit einrichten sollen, entweder bei der Aufnahme oder halt beim Eingang, so das keine neuen besucher rein können (innovativ wäre es mal wenn man slots bucht, was eine geregelten Zustrom an Menschen als folge hat). Da ich einfach keine Zeit habe das doppelte an Zeit im Gym zu sein muss ich leider kündigen. Ansonsten super schönes Gym und super Personal und sauber ebenfalls, nur halt zu überfüllt für zu kleine Räume. Tipp: Da es ja eh anhand der Chips getrackt wird, wäre es doch mal für alle super nice, wenn man die Auslastung sich online vorher anschauen könnte

Negative Erfahrung: Die Codes funktionieren ständig nicht und vor Ort ist kein einziger Ansprechpartner… sehr ärgerlich wenn man extra hinfährt und dann nur aufgrund des mangelnden Systems nicht trainieren kann und niemand vom Support erreichbar ist. Da bleibe ich lieber bei Gyms, die Personal haben.

Negative Erfahrung: Ich habe Evo Gym heute besucht. Im Studio war weder Licht/Strom noch Wasser vorhanden, eine Möglichkeit sich umzuziehen gab es nur im Dunkeln, zu duschen oder Wasserflaschen aufzufüllen gab es gar nicht.

Negative Erfahrung: Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit EVO Fitness. Nach meinem Probetraining wurden weiterhin Mitgliedsbeiträge von meinem Konto abgebucht, obwohl ich nicht beabsichtigt hatte, die Mitgliedschaft fortzusetzen. Mehrfache und monatelange Versuche, das Problem mit dem Kundenservice zu klären, blieben erfolglos. Meine Kündigung und die Bitte um Rückerstattung wurden nicht berücksichtigt. Die Kommunikation war unzureichend, und ich fühle mich als Kunde nicht ernst genommen. Ich kann EVO Fitness daher nicht empfehlen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super sauberes und aufgeräumtes Gym. Ausreichend Platz für ein besonders intensives Training mit sehr neuen und innovativen Geräten. Dazu kommt der top angebundene Standort und wirklich hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Negative Erfahrung: Immer voll, egal wann man geht. Selbst um 22 Uhr.

Negative Erfahrung: Noch nie erlebt: ich hatte online einen day Pass gebucht, was sehr komfortabel funktioniert. Vor Ort erfuhr ich, dass ich die Spinde nicht nutzen könne. Ich solle doch meine Sachen mit auf die Trainingsfläche nehmen. Wer es lustig findet, mit Mantel und Laptoptasche wie ein Idiot auf der Trainingsfläche zu stehen, der greife hier zu. Die Spinde müssen mit eigenem Vorhängeschloss gesichert werden. Es gibt aber ohnehin viel zu wenige und etliche sind defekt. Die Umkleiden sind eng, das Studio klein. Die Ausstattung ist mit Hammer strength Maschinen und Eleiko (fitness linie) Hanteln und Kugelhanteln in Ordnung. Allerdings war die trainingsfläche so voll, dass ein sinnvolles Freihanteltraining nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Ich kann hier leider nichts empfehlen

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sauberes Gym aber klein. Der Freihantelbereich ist meistens zu voll um dort gut trainieren zu können. Ein Evo nähe Mehringdamm wäre gut ;)

Negative Erfahrung: No area to stretch, you have to squise yourself in between the machines. But the worst thing is the Musik. Come one guys, loud psychotic Techno Musik from early morning? Some people want to train in silence! We are already overstimulated big city people! Others have their own music/podcasts in their ears.

Fantastische Erfahrung: If you're visiting from out of town, as I am, this is a great gym to train at. You can buy a daily pass or a 3 day pass. Clean, well equipped and friendly staff.

Negative Erfahrung: Someone else wrote negative feedback about subscribing here that I agree with. Other german businesses will happily work with you to cancel subscription as long as you give proof of permanently leaving germany. However, this gym will say you can’t cancel despite having proof of departing germany from Town Hall, flights etc because of “stated T&Cs”. Totally inflexible in this regard and more rigid than some of the government services!

Buying a day pass is super easy: you scan a qr code (near the swinging door to the gym floor, look to your right), pay with paypal, and then get a code for the door. Note: you need an internet connection.

Negative Erfahrung: Good gym and extremely stupid/predatory management. almost always very crowded, and I'd say not enough free weight options for the crowd. FOREIGNERS BEWARE - Was in Berlin for 2.5 months for work, and even though management confirms they cancel your subscription by end of your term over email; they keep charging your credit card. Unfortunately these types of businesses only understand from credit card disputes. They pay the full amount + 3% dispute charge to the credit card companies + their creditworthiness goes bad that increases their credit card transaction costs. Management acknowledges they confirmed your cancellation; but they don't cancel your subscription, and then don't issue a refund stating a stupid T&C dictated by them; that you have no chance to control. Even in the US, such T&Cs are are never enforceable and in Europe there is much better customer protection. Just go to your credit card company and open a dispute to these stupid charges:)

Positive Erfahrung: das Fitnessstudio und die Geräte sind schön und gut gepflegt. leider scheinen die Personal Trainer hier diese Einstellung zu haben, dass Leute, die alleine trainieren, weniger Respekt verdienen als ihre Trainingskunden. innerhalb von 1 Stunde haben 2 verschiedene Trainer meine eindeutig in Gebrauch befindlichen Geräte 3x für ihre Kunden verschoben, ohne sich auch nur einmal zu informieren. und das Fitnessstudio war zu diesem Moment nicht einmal beschäftigt oder voll. einfach unfassbar.

Negative Erfahrung: Ich habe heute um 21:21 Uhr über die Wellhub App eingecheckt, jedoch keinen Zugangscode erhalten. Auch im Spam-Ordner ist nichts zu finden. Hab 20min am Eingang gewartet, mit der Hoffnung die Email mit der Zugangscode zu erhalten, jedoch vergeblich. Vor Ort gibt es zudem keinen Ansprechpartner, der weiterhelfen könnte. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mein Abonnement gekündigt. Diese Art von Service ist inakzeptabel und nicht Kundenorientiert.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Evo hat eine super große Auswahl an Kurzhanteln und einen tollen funktionellen Bereich, der super viele Kleingeräte beinhaltet. Hammerstrength und Technogymgeräte- also das Neuste vom Neusten. Vorne die Schuhe auszuziehen finde ich auch Mega, damit kann ich immer barfuß im gym trainieren. Großes Lob auch an Jasmin und Tascha, man merkt einfach, dass die beiden ihren Job lieben und alles im Griff haben.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein super sauberes gym mit einer tollen Atmosphäre! Abgesehen davon, dass zwei mal am Tag eine Putzkraft das Studio sauber macht, erweckt das Licht im Studio eine wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Ich fühle mich hier tatsächlich wie zuhause. Außerdem cool finde ich, dass die Mitarbeiterinnen neben dem Fakt dass sie unter der Woche immer im gym rumlaufen und für alle Fragen bereit stehen, auch sonst erreichbar sind und man die Kontaktdaten nicht nur im, sondern auch vor dem Studio auf dem Bildschirm sieht. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen hier zu trainieren!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich liebe es, im EVO am Rosenthaler Platz zu trainieren. Das Gym bietet alles, was man braucht – von geführten Maschinen bis hin zu Equipment im Functional- und Freihantel-Bereich. Alles ist neu und hochwertig. Die Atmosphäre ist super angenehm und für Berlin Mitte echt familiär. :) Habe schon so einige Fitnessstudios in Berlin gesehen und genutzt und meine Wahl würde immer wieder aufs EVO fallen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein top Gym im Herzen Berlins! ich habe echt nichts auszusetzen: - Man hat eine gute variabilität an Geräten, von erstklassigen Maschinen, zu allmöglichen Cardiogeräten (SkiErg, Aussaultbike, viele Laufbänder, Fahrräder etc.), Kurzhanteln, Kettlebells und und und - Das Personal ist immer super freundlich und Hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen! - Das Gym wird mehrfach am Tag gereinigt. An Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen - Zur Lage muss ich nichts sagen, die ist natürlich am Rosenthaler Platz einfach Top. Alles in einem bin ich sehr zufrieden, hier Mitglied zu sein

Negative Erfahrung: Think twice before giving them your credit card. This gym is a big scam. No one will answer your call or email, you are pretty much on your own.

Positive Erfahrung: So after a month or so here's some feedback items. Good things: - Unpopular opinion, but I love the fact they have normal old-school lockers. The electronic locker is a scam that breaks all the time. Bring your own lock is the way to go :-) - The gym is one of the few located in this area. - Modern machines. Not so good things: - I think it's such a limited space, which means the number of machines they can fit in that space is limited, which means they lack some essential machines (like a Smith machine). For a serious gym goer that might be problematic, but for me as a casual goer, I can live without it :-) - Again, small area which means it could get really packed during peak times. So try not to go right after work :-) - The locker room is small and a lot of people don't care to lock their lockers, which means you sometimes need to open a lot of lockers until you find a free one. I think the gym management could do something here actually by enforcing a policy to force people to visibly lock their lockers, so others can easily find free lockers. - The WiFi configs QR code is wrong :-) All and all, if you're a casual gym goer who lives close to Rosenthaler Platz, this is a reasonably good gym with modern equipment.

Negative Erfahrung: Ich habe das Eröffnungsangebot wahrgenommen, also bevor das Studio eröffnete. Zwischenzeitlich dann umgezogen, so dass ich nicht ein Mal da war und ehrlicherweise vergaß, dass ich mich dort registriert habe. Dann im Februar, also ca. 5 Monate nach Online-Registrierung, aufgrund der 50€ Abbuchung im Studio gemeldet und um Stornierung gebeten. Keinerlei Kulanz oder Entgegenkommen. Mehrere Beiträge ohne Leistungsinanspruchnahme kassieren Mein Pech, aber grundsätzliches Zeichen des dortigen Geschäftsgebaren

Going 4 times a week and love: > The onboarding to the gym was very nice, you get to have a tour and receive a chip to checkin which super easy. > The equipment is brand new and they have all the machines needed to build athletic bodies. > The crowd is great, people are super nice. > The staff is amazing and very helpful. You can also have access to personal trainers who are often there (added cost of course) The reason I'm not giving it a 5/5: > They could add a sledge for some power leg sessions (they already have the facilities for it just not the sledge) > It gets quite crowded in the evening but hey which gym doesn't? Negative Erfahrung: Sehr miserabler Kundenservice, insgesamt eine furchtbare Erfahrung! Mein Rat: Haltet euch von diesem Laden fern! Es ist kein kompetentes Personal vor Ort und per E-Mail erreicht man schlecht jemanden, der sich verantwortlich fühlt. Insgesamt kann ich dringendst abraten! Ich war einmal zum Probetraining in diesem Studio zu Besuch und muss jetzt für zwölf Monate eine Mitgliedschaftsgebühr zahlen, obwohl ich nachweislich nicht mal in der selben Stadt wohne - einfach nur wegen eines Verwaltungsfehlers und gut verstecktem Kleingedruckten! Null entgegenkommen und Kulanz. Ich habe selten so eine Abzocke erlebt. Ich denke darüber nach die Vorgehensweise dieses Studios rechtlich überprüfen zu lassen.

Despite reaching out to them via email a few times, both the gym and marketing managers have remained unresponsive.All I get are automated emails and SMS messages asking me to pay. I have never spoken to a human being at this company, no human has reached out to me. As some other individuals have also voiced similar concerns in their reviews this seems to be a pattern of this company to maximise their profits. Additionally, the gym has even escalated matters by involving a collection agency when payments are not made promptly. Before considering any financial commitment, I encourage everyone to carefully evaluate whether this gym aligns with their values. While they prioritize monetary gains, other aspects seem to take a back seat. Remember, your hard-earned money deserves respect, and transparency and kindness should be a fundamental part of any business relationship. If you read their responses to criticism on this platform you will recognise that they do not allow any criticism. It's always the customers fault. And further more, please be aware that the reviews on this website are bought with a chocolate bar (but only if you give them 4 or 5 star reviews). This is not only laughable but I think this shows the mindset of this company. Making money by deception. If you feel like you must spend an extra 30 EUR per month for a so called "boutique" experience, versus other no frills establishments, that only charge 20 EUR and offer the same, if not more (especially in terms of size and customer service), ignore this review. I feel like corporations with these tactics destroy the human experience on this earth. And behind every corporation there are humans.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich bin seit der Eröffnung im EVO und habe die kostenlosen 3 Monate nach Anmeldung in Anspruch genommen - vielen Dank dafür. Fand es eine tolles Willkommensgeschenk und natürlich wird dann nach Ablauf der 3 Monate der monatlich kündbare Vertrag austomatisch kostenpflichtig, worauf offensichtlich bei Abschluss des Vertrages hingewiesen wurde. Beschwerden hierzu sind wirklich lächerlich und nicht ernstzunehmen. Gestern hatte ich ein sehr informatives Orientierungstraining mit Andreas, vielen Dank und 5 Sterne hierfür! EVO ist auf gesundheitsorientiertes Fitness ausgelegt und weniger auf Bodybuilding. Umkleide und WC sind sehr sauber. Ich nutze sie aber nicht, da ich um die Ecke wohne. Die Geräte sind super, nur zu Stoßzeiten kann die Nutzung auf Grund von Wartezeiten anstrengend sein. Warum EVO etwas teurer ist als die "Marktbegleiter" mit ähnlichem Angebot, erschließt sich mir nicht. Auf Grund der angenehmen Atmosphäre gehe ich weiterhin sehr gerne zum Training.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very attractive studio in a central location on Rosenthaler Platz. Pleasant audience, not too crowded. Wide range of high-quality equipment. Functional area, machines and cardio - everything your fitness heart desires.

Positive Erfahrung: Enttäuschend. Premium? Nein. Am falschen Ende gespart. - nur 1 WC , keine Heizung - Müll vor dem Eingang - keine Seife - sehr eng in der Umkleide Fazit: Enttäuschend.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolut tolle neue Location. Premium-Geräte, viel Platz, tolle Aussicht und alle Trainer:innen sind super freundlich und man kommt schnell ins Gespräch (inkl. nützlicher Tipps jederzeit). Evo in Mitte war schon hervorragend, aber das ist nochmal ein Upgrade.

Positive Erfahrung: Nice vibe and good variety of equipment. I usually go in the morning and never had an issue with having to wait for equipment. Only con is the price, as 50€ usually includes sauna and classes/trainer as well.

Fantastische Erfahrung: PETITION für bessere Musik im Studio – wer mir zustimmt, bitte ein Herz dalassen ❤️ Die aktuelle Playlist ist ziemlich einseitig (Money, S*x, Gangster-Rap) und für viele von uns nicht gerade motivierend. 80% der Mitglieder tragen sowieso Kopfhörer, weil sie ihre eigene Musik hören wollen. Mein Vorschlag: Wie wäre es mit etwas neutralerem und weniger aufdringlichem Sound? Vielleicht mal Tech House – wir sind schließlich in Berlin. Oder öfters mal Ruhe und gar keine Musik - auch angenehm. Was denkt ihr?

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich komme vom ersten Tag der Eröffnung bis heute zum Trainieren ins Studio und bin mit dem Service und der Qualität stets zufrieden. Obwohl das Fitnessstudio nicht so groß wie einige andere Fitnessstudios ist, bietet es alle notwendigen Trainingsgeräte für Anfänger bis Fortgeschritten und sie sehen sehr modern aus. Die Putzfrau ist sehr freundlich und vor allem ein herzlicher Dank an Tascha, die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit alle meine Fragen beantwortet hat Aufgrund der begrenzten Fläche des Raumes ist gegen Nachmittag ab 17 Uhr bis 19 Uhr manchmal schon viel los. Daher sollte man diesen Zeitrahmen vermeiden, um das Fitnessstudio optimal nutzen zu können. Ich wünsche euch alle viel Spaß beim Training!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Cooles Studio • Modernes Konzept • Super Geräte‼️ Wer zeitlich flexibel ist, trainiert außerhalb der Stoßzeiten wirklich entspannt und in Ruhe, Ansprechpartner und Trainer sind zu festen Zeiten vor Ort - auch klasse ist der Zugang per Chip, man trainiert also die ganze Zeit unter Mitgliedern. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt - erst recht für einen Monatsbeitrag unter 50€. Motiviert noch mal extra zum dranbleiben! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich bin bereits bei einem anderen Fitness Studio (Fitness First) angemeldet, was direkt bei mir ums Eck ist, aber wollte das EVO Gym umbedingt einmal im Rahmen des Probezeitraums testen. Finde das Gym super! Coole Geräte und schönes Ambiente. PS: Die anderen negativen Rezensionen kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen und finde diese nicht berechtigt. Bzgl. des Probeabonnements wurde deutlich kommuniziert, dass nach dem Probezeitraum eine normale Mitgliedschaft folgen wird. Hier sehe ich nichts problematisches bei, ist ja grundsätzlich bei allen Probe-Abos von anderen Firmen auch so (Fitness First, Spotify, Amazon Prime, etc.), hat auch nichts mit einer Falle zu tun. Man muss halt darauf achten, rechtzeitig zu kündigen und sich einen Reminder setzen. Ist ja grundsätzlich cool, dass es solche Möglichkeiten überhaupt gibt. Nochmals vielen Dank an Moritz für seine professionelle Unterstützung bei meinem persönlichen Anliegen.

Negative Erfahrung: Auch ich bin auf das Lockangebot reingefallen und es wurde nach der Probezeit 50 Euro abgebucht (wegen der Kündigungsfrist kostet der Spaß insgesamt 100 Euro). Das Angebot war keineswegs transparent, was andere Bewertungen hier bestätigen. Auf Nachfrage, ob kulanzmäßig nicht eine Stornierung möglich wäre, dann natürlich der Verweis auf die AGBs, wo es im Kleingedruckten natürlich drin steht. Am Ende selber Schuld, aber wegen dem intransparenten Angebot und der nicht vorhandenen Kulanz, was in der Kombination auf eine klassische Abzockermasche hindeutet, gibt es nur einen Stern.

Negative Erfahrung: Stay away from this fitness chain! They say in their marketing materials that you can cancel monthly, but it’s not the case because you will need to cancel 2 month before. 1 month they take like ‘notice period’. So if you cancel on the 1st of February, then your membership will be over 31 of MARCH. Super inexplicit in their terms and conditions too. No phones to call, you need to search for them. Phones you find will not answer. No customer service basically. So I’d not recommend it to anyone.

Negative Erfahrung: It's a decent gym but they really need some smaller plates, even the 10s are gigantic. Worst is, every time I go they're playing the same 10 terrible rap songs. PLEASE get better music.

Positive Erfahrung: Club had a wonderful early run before being filled with Urban Sports Club clientele who don’t use towels or return weights because they have short term relationships with studio. Sadly, would have gladly paid the price I was offered for the club into the indefinite future, but the experience and business since being on urban sports has gotten much much worse. I generally can’t complain otherwise and there’s great machines + functional setup. Just wish they would have found a way to keep the club from being overflowing in the evening hours and enforce hygiene among transient members more actively.

Negative Erfahrung: *DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TRIAL OR MEMBERSHIP * I signed up for a trial at the club while they’re under construction, to test their services upon its opening. In their terms and conditions, they explicitly stated that they would inform us about their opening, and that the membership would only start when this branch opens. Their opening was delayed and they never notified me when my trial began. Next thing I know, they’re now attempting to intimidate me for not paying my membership fees and am threatening to use a debt agency for this matter. They’re attempting to charge me for a service I never tested, used, or a facility I never even sat foot in. Emailed the staff about this issue and they never even bothered to reply. Am in the process of referring this to the Berlin consumer protection agency, but wanted to make this public so people don’t fall into their unethical and dubious business practices EDIT: EVO’s response to my review just goes to show that they only care about profit but not customer service. If they bothered enough to email me about payments and threatening the use of a debt agency when I refused to pay, surely they could have notified me that they have started my trial and will charge me a fee when the trial ends.

Negative Erfahrung: Be very careful with their dodgy business plans. They got me hooked on a yearly plan just by booking a free class that a friend gifted (he got a free month for it). And I DON'T LIVE IN GERMANY. I feel robbed by yet another corporation who puts profits over decent ethical values and designs sharky systems to milk every possible cent from you. Negative Erfahrung: I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of availability for gym trainer appointments at the Rosenthaler Platz fitness club over the past three months. Despite my enthusiastic enrollment as a member with hopes of receiving personalized fitness guidance and support, I have been met with utter neglect and disregard. Despite my numerous attempts to schedule an appointment with a gym trainer, I have not received a single response or been able to secure a session. My initial request for an appointment was sent on October 28, 2023, and since then, I have followed up multiple times to no avail. This prolonged lack of communication and unresponsiveness has left me feeling utterly neglected and disheartened. As a result of this persistent inability to access the promised services, I have made the difficult decision to terminate my membership with immediate effect. I kindly request confirmation of the cancellation of my membership and guidance on any necessary steps to complete the process. While I understand that circumstances may vary, I firmly believe that members should have unfettered access to the services promised upon enrollment. Unfortunately, this has not been the case for me, leading to my decision to discontinue my membership. I sincerely hope that improvements can be made to rectify this situation and ensure a more positive experience for future members.
