Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich war über Urban Sports Club um die Mittagszeit dort, und es hat mir gefallen. Fast allein, kleiner aber ausreichender Fitness Bereich, sehr freundlicher Empfang, netter Pool und Saunabereich. Der Hit sind die Wasserbetten im hinteren Ruheraum. Sauna hatte allerdings nur 80 Grad.

Positive Erfahrung: Positive: nice friendly service, they paid attention to everything I asked about, the spa is super clean and well designed Negative: the sauna has no option of "aufguss" meaning to pour water on the coals, there's a button that's supposed to do that but it wasn't working. Also the ice machine wasn't working when I was there (apparently later it was fixed but I was finished). Even more importantly there's no place to relax between the sauna rounds, only some seats next to the footbaths but it's hard and uncomfortable and you can't lie down, and the whole area is too hot and not ventilated properly. So you have to go to the pool area if you want to relax but for that you have to put on cloths etc, so it's really inconvenient if you're planning to go back to the sauna... All in all I still give 4 stars because if they had they had everything working and a proper relaxation area I would give it 6 stars honestly, because the staff was so nice (in the lobby restaurant too) and everything so clean. But I'm not sure I will come back that often if there's no decent place to relax...

Negative Erfahrung: Unfassbar, wie man von den Securities behandelt wird. Ich wurde nicht, durchgelassen, weil ich irgendein Badge nicht hatte und das hat man mir auf die überheblichste und unfreundlichste Art mitgeteilt. Nur weil man keinen Anzug trägt, ist man nicht weniger Mensch und man kann immer noch mit Respekt behandelt werden!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Always nice stuff and they give effort to keep it clean, just the hot/cold water situation could be solved:)

Negative Erfahrung: Swimming pool too cold!

Negative Erfahrung: I used to really like this place but at the moment I can’t say the same: there’s no warm water in the showers since months, the saunas don’t work, there’s no attention to detail or proper care for the installations. Some days the place is full of kids jumping on the pool and screaming out loud.

Negative Erfahrung: Also "5 Sterne" sieht anders aus. Nur eine der drei Saunen funktionierte und selbst dort war die Tür nicht 100% schliessbar. Die Duschen ausschliesslich mit Kaltwasser, der Boden der Umkleidekabinen voller alter Handtücher und Schmutz von Strassenschuhen. Der Poolbereich mit 1.35m eher klein, und voller Familien/Kindern. Eine Aufsicht gab es nicht, entsprechend laut und es wurde von allen Seiten reingesprungen. Neben dem Pool leere Wasserbehälter und eine abgesteckte Nespresso Kaffeemaschine -- da merkt man, es wurde nur mal für Instagram angeschafft. Das Fitnesscenter gut ausgestattet aber auch schon merklich abgenutzt und offensichtlich länger nicht grundgereinigt.

Negative Erfahrung: The water in the showers was cold, so basically I was not able to wash myself after the sauna. Had to go home sweaty and with dirty hair. Not happy at all!

Positive Erfahrung: Nice pool and spa area. May be an uncharged to use sauna area, which is naturist. 2 dry saunas and steam room.

Positive Erfahrung: Angenehmen Atmosphere, am Pool etwas wenig Liegen. Der Fitnessbereich ausreichend ausgestattet.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very friendly and helpful staff. The spa is clean and swimming pool is not very big but water temperature is set to a very pleasant degree. Recommended.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Alle nötigen Fitnessgeräte vorhanden für ein kurzes Workout, nicht voll und recht exklusiv. Wellnessbereich schön gestaltet mit Pool, Ruhebereich mit Wasserbetten, Dampfsauna, Biosauna und finnischer Sauna. Guter Service. Handtücher innbegriffen. Es steht an der Seite auch Wasser zu trinken.
