WellFitMama offers English pre & post natal fitness & wellbeing classes for new mums and mamas to be in Berlin Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg & Charlottenburg
For postpartum Mamas I have courses, workshops and classes to support your body to recover, to gradually return to functional movements and to build strength from deep within.
I’m a pre & post natal fitness coach, Diastasis recti specialist, Pilates instructor and currently study to become a certified nutrition consultant for pregnancy, postpartum and babies.
I'm born in the south of Germany, but decided to leave to travel and experience the world in many different ways. I love change in many aspects of my life and I always believe that there is a true calling for anything if it is the right time and the right place. That’s also how I started my fitness career. I was working very successfully at a well-known clinic for permanent make-up in London, but when I felt that it was time to change and that I wanted to follow my passion of movement and contributing to people's lives on a different level, I followed that calling.
That’s how it began. During my studies and observing other trainers and I tried to figure out what exactly it was that I wanted to do in the huge fitness world.
When me moved to Berlin I knew that I wanted to do something that helps other new mums to find a community whilst they’re trying to figure out motherhood and a chance to get their body moving and reconnecting to themselves even without having to look for someone to take care of the baby.
So I’m very grateful that I decided to start with my pre & postnatal classes here in Berlin and that I get to know so many wonderful mums and their little ones.
We will start with a guided self-assessment on posture and potential abdominal separation in week 1 and will then build each week on the previous one.
We will also discuss optimal health, lifestyle and nutrition choices to support your body postpartum and to create the most favourable conditions for healing and building strength.
My mum & baby outdoor Pilates classes provide you a safe & gentle way to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, improve posture and enhance overall well-being after childbirth.
To work out during my second pregnancy was the best decision. Ramona's pre-natal classes took out the guess work for me and made me feel strong even in my 3rd trimester and my first few weeks with the new baby were so different than with my first.
I went to the buggyFit sessions in the park when my boy was 4 months. I was nervous about taking him as he can be a bit fussy, but it all worked well. I stopped to feed or cuddle whenever needed. And I personally loved that we were outside.
When my last baby started Kita I wanted to do something for myself again, but wasn't ready to join a normal gym yet - the postnatal classes were great to help me feel better in my body again and I really felt comfortable even 1.8 years after pregnancy and no sports at all.
