Fantastisches Erlebnis: Love this studio. Especially the contemporary dancing class with Leila on thursday afternoons was a lot of fun!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super Studio und eine tolle Atmosphäre! Leila gestaltet den Kurs besonders angenehm und professionell. Ihre ruhige und kompetente Art hilft mir sehr, zu entspannen. Ich kann ihren Kurs jedem, der nach Entspannung sucht, wärmstens empfehlen!

Negative Erfahrung: I went there for a contemporary "beginner" class , the teacher didn't do any warmups and started giving us heavy energetic moves , it has caused me a very bad back pain and I had to leave in the middle of the class , now I can't move at all since a week and had to stop my life completely because in reality the teacher was a beginner. Have to say the studio is nice though! Do not recommend this class at all

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A lovely clean training area in a quiet corner of Wedding, all the necessary equipment for a nice stretching session are available, the trainers and very knowledgeable and make classes exciting.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Highly recommend Eliza and her contemporary classes on Tuesdays in Wedding! Hopefully there will be more!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great instructors who speak English and German. They offer a variety of classes for beginners and advanced levels. Everyone in the studio is super friendly. Highly recommended ! You’ll have a lot of fun !!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Lovely yoga classes!

Negative Erfahrung: Rented the Studio from them for a rehearsal. The day before I explained I was a ballet dancer and would be dancing with pointe shoes so I asked about how the floor was. They said it was fine and like with any other floor, you could fall. When I arrived there were no barres, no mirrors, the floor was extremely slippery, the studio altogether was very cold and impossible to warm up. I lost my money with them, didn’t stay for the full 2 hours, when I texted Johanna to let her know about the situation, she didn’t even reply. I asked for an invoice that never arrived either. Waste of money and time. I want my money back.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Ich war bei dem Flow&Stretch Yoga von Lydia und bin sehr begeistert! Eine der besten Yogakurse die ich je gemacht habe. Eine tollte Mischung aus dynamischer Flow, anstrengenden Posen und Stretching. Total ausgepowert danach man fühlt sich aber trotzdem schön leicht und gedehnt. Vielen Dank ! Ich hoffe bald gibt es mehr Kurse von Lydia !!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very friendly trainers and other participants. I was there for the first time and felt very comfortable. Of course, I also enjoyed the acro yoga classes themselves. If you want to try it then I definitely recommend this place
