Fantastische Erfahrung: Die Auswahl an Beingeräten ist wirklich Spitze. Neben dem Standard wie Power Racks und Beinpresse gibt es ebenfalls eine Hack Squat, Belt Squat und sogar eine Pendulum Squat Maschine alle von Hammer Strength. Ich habe selten in einem Fitnesstudio eine so umfassende Auswahl an Beingeräten gesehen. Das Equipment zum Training anderer Muskelgruppen ist ebenfalls sehr umfassend. Das einzige was fehlt ist eine horizontale Rudermaschine mit Polster, dann wäre es wirklich perfekt.

Positive Erfahrung: Pretty good gym. It has everything you need to get a good workout in and varying plans depending on what you’re comfortable paying. It’s a part of fit and fun (?) if you want more aerobics, but that is extra I believe.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Tolle Atmosphäre! Die Maschinen sind sehr einfach zu bedienen und man kann hier auf einer Etage sein gesamtes Training absolvieren. Großer Freihantel Bereich, ebenfalls Squat Racks und viele Gewichte fürs freie Training. Auch sehr angenehm hier als Frau zu trainieren.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great neighborhood gym. The main level has cardio equipment, lockers, and a large sauna and relaxation area. The second floor has a group class room and weight machines. The third floor, the Fit House, is free weights and similar equipment. The staff are very helpful and kind. Bring a towel, clean shoes, and a beverage/water. For Americans: the staff speak English and many US military folks use the gym. The showers are group/open. The sauna is co-ed and fully nude. One day a week is women only.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr gute Ausstattung und Atmosphäre. Training von 6:00-24:00 Uhr. Für mich alles was ein Club braucht.

Negative Erfahrung: Incredibly difficult entrance to find. Business not labeled on the outside, not are any directions present directing people where to go.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Solid place for weight lifting. Good equipment and enough space. Does get crowded in the afternoons, like all gyms. Bring you own water.
