Fantastische Erfahrung: I had Yoga lessons with both Elena and Sebastian. I am an absolute beginner and I always felt I was in Good hands. They are both really nice, patient and supportive teachers and understand it really Well to adjust their teaching to the individual level of their yogi-pupils! I also visited their guided meditation class (Yogitation) which I enjoyed really much! 5/5 recommendation :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Auch fuer Einsteiger optimal! Habe meine allererste Yogastunde im Park nicht bereut. Elena weist die Schueler*innen auf verschiedene Uebungsvariationen hin, mit denen der Schwierigkeitsgrad fliegend angepasst werden kann. So wird die Stunde fordernd, aber nicht unueberwindbar. Gleichzeitig erfaehrt man, dass nach oben hin die Moeglichkeiten unbegrenzt sind. Die unvorstellbarsten Figuren (mit teilweise fantastischen Namen) sind fuer Elena kein Ding. Auch nimmt sich Elena Zeit, um die Schueler*innen auf gute Form hinzuweisen. Am Ende der Stunde gibt es ein wenig Meditation, und danach fuehlt man sich ueberragend. Kein Scherz! Ich hab es vor der Stunde nicht geglaubt, wurde aber eines besseren belehrt. Fuenf Sterne.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Tolle Yoga Sessions! Ich war mal im Park dabei und auch einmal im Studio. Hat viel Spaß gemacht und die Gruppen waren immer schön klein, so dass Elena und Sebastian bestens auf die einzelnen Gruppenteilnehmer eingehen konnten. Komme gerne wieder!

Fantastische Erfahrung: They are very compassionate and empathic teachers and guide and help you throughout the lesson. I discovered that there were things I could do I never thought of thanks to their advice. You relay notice that they know a lot about yoga and it's background, the philosophy behind it and they help you dive into this world so easily. Thank you so much for some great yoga sessions, I really enjoyed it

Fantastische Erfahrung: Soulfit Yoga is great space to connect with yourself and others, to explore your body and mind. I had a really nice experience there that help me to check my yoga movements but also to explore new positions as to find the best way to release pain in specific places. They really take the time to explore your needs and support you in the process all the time.
