Fantastische Erfahrung: I love the classes at the studio. Mina and Oren are so welcoming and there’s a lovely vibe with the community. There are all different ages, body types and capability levels, and they teach guided by the principals of yoga, rather than trying to make the hardest, or fanciest flows. I mix their classes with my own fitness practice as a way to keep me balanced, and I’ve made incredible progress in releasing tension, improving focus, and also improving my flexibility.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I mainly practice with Oren and sometimes with Mina here. They are both fantastic teachers. What draws me to their classes is that they have a very kind, down to earth, inclusive and sensitive approach that I didn’t really find in other yoga classes in the neighborhood.
