Fantastisches Erlebnis: Elinore is the best! I‘ve been practicing with her over a year now and her knowledge about Ashtanga and all the things that come with it is incredible. She always knows how to handle things/asanas in a really grounded and calm way that fits to your current status. Always great to start my days with Elinore at the shala :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Gut erreichbarer, heller und freundlicher Ort. Zugewandter und unterstützender Unterricht, der ambitioniert, aber nicht verbissen ist und die aktuellen Möglichkeiten akzeptiert, ohne die zukünftigen aus den Augen zu lassen. Auch für ältere Übende unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Ruhige Ashtanga Shala im Herzen von Berlin. Ich praktiziere bei Elinore seit geraumer Zeit und geniesse ihre meditative Art bezüglich Assists, Ambiente und Stimmung in der Shala. Geeignet für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene, jeder wird mitgenommen. Die Shala ist gut geheizt ;-)

She genuinely cares about her students' growth and approaches her teaching with patience and compassion. Her expertise in Ashtanga yoga is remarkable. She has a deep understanding of the practice, from the foundational postures to the intricate Ashtanga sequence. Her ability to break down complex asanas and make them accessible is impressive. Her dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail are commendable. I highly recommend her as a teacher.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Elinore ist eine erfahrene und einfühlsame Lehrerin. Ich praktiziere seit vielen Jahre mit ihr und fühle mich in jeder Lebenslage gut aufgehoben und unterstützt. Das Studio ist ganz schlicht gestaltet. Es gibt dennoch alles was man braucht - Matten, Duschen, große Umkleiden und warmen Tee für nach der Praxis.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Elinore is a great and experienced teacher on and beyond the yoga mat. Also the studio is very nice and in a good location. I definitely recommend the Mysore program there!
