Inner Center Yoga

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Natalia knows what she is doing. It is always so lovely in her lessons, I love the aerial yoga she does, and I always feel safe like in a womb and afterwards walk home like a fresh person :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great for beginners as well as for advanced yogis! Natasha is very experienced, has a great way of explaining new tricks and adjusts easily to what one needs right at that moment. I’ve been going there for almost a year now, in which I have learned a lot and have become a lot stronger. I love the comfortable relaxed atmosphere of the small groups. The lessons give me a great feeling every single time :-)
