Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hannes Buder is a great teacher, and Fincan is a great place to practise. I have had very positive experiences with both his Feldenkrais group sessions and his one-to-one sessions. I started the latter because I had sciatica. After just a few Feldenkrais lessons, the pain had gone, and I was looking forward to continuing to experiment with the method. Hannes has extensive knowledge of the Feldenkrais method. I also like that he is a professional musician with a great sense of body awareness and sensitivity. It's an added bonus that the location is in my neighbourhood and there are nice places to eat or have coffee nearby!

It feels good to receive the lessons so that my body can work through deep parts. More so, the lessons build upon each other. Fantastisches Erlebnis: The sessions are beautiful, I have been practicing the feldenkrais method for years, through different people and practitioners, and I believe that Hannes does a very sensitive and rigorous work, he is very present and full during the whole session. I have felt lovingly accompanied in the discovery and exploration of the infinite possibilities and sensations of the body. I highly recommend coming to this practice, it is very good in many ways, not only corporal, but it regulates the nervous system and makes you leave the session as a different person, more open and calm.

Ich fühle mich in seinem Unterricht immer wieder sehr gut aufgehoben und gehe mit neuer körperlicher Leichtigkeit und Beweglichkeit nach Hause.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Happy to meet Hannes and practice Feldenkrais here in Berlin. In my opinion, this is one of the most effective methods to work with the body and Hannes does it very professionally. Individual sessions deserve special attention, it’s very deep and soft work with the body, after which I feel freedom and lightness, my breathing becomes deep and my gaze becomes clear. I highly recommend trying functional integration, which greatly enhances the effect of group classes.
