Ashtanga Spirit Munich

Fantastische Erfahrung: Der einzige Ort in München, an dem man die Ashtanga-Methode in ihrer reinsten Form praktizieren kann, wie sie in der indischen Stadt Mysore gelehrt wird, mit zwei sehr erfahrenen tollen Lehrerinnen – Mira und Ari. Die Atmosphäre und Energie in der Shala ist positiv und unterstützend und ich freue mich immer darauf, zum Praktizieren zu kommen. Ich empfehle Ashtanga Spirit sowohl Anfängern als auch Fortgeschrittenen.

The studio's great location and welcoming atmosphere added to the experience. Practicing alongside dedicated and advanced Ashtangis was a privilege.
