Fantastische Erfahrung: Though it is located in a somewhat party area during the night, the studio is completely removed from the chaos and very quiet. It was very peaceful to be there every day surrounded by well taken care of green plants, beautiful sun light with birds singing as back ground. Eric is a great organizer and also a very calm person. He is open minded for your suggestions and ideas, and he always makes sure that the class runs smoothly. His anatomy classes are very high level, and I got so much useful and practical information that I can apply to daily life, exercise and teach Yoga to improve health and also to avoid any injury. His guest and main teacher Yogi Sivadas flies in directly from India for the course, and he is an amazing teacher. Can’t ask for a better course!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: After practicing yoga for about a decade, I took the opportunity to study with Yogi Sivadas and Erik Winkelmann in Berlin, Germany in 2019. It was an amazing experience! There was a lot of new and very inspiring information. I had no idea, how much I did not know. The course was fast paced and intense but it kept me completely focused and committed. I even started seeing myself and my surroundings differently. After graduation, I feel well equipped to start as a teacher and to immerse deeper into my personal practice. I perceived Yogi Sivadas as a very wise man, who inspired me to apply changes to my life and to further commit to a yogic lifestyle. Erik is a very knowledgeable instructor and made me feel very welcome in his beautiful studio.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Yogi Sivadas is a great Master of Yoga. His teachings are full of enthusiasm flanked by discipline and austerity. His tuitions are precise and clear. He creates an atmosphere of strong motivation and he has the ability to instruct the students in executing the postures correctly. In his program he covers all aspects of Patanjali Sutras explaining in depth the understanding of Patanjali, philosophic references, ayurvedic processes and cleansing ways. He teaches with great experience and conveys the feeling being in a carefully way thoroughly looked after. Although the course was extremely tough, I woke up every morning full of joy with sparkles in my eyes. It was a great honor and blessing to be me having been thought by Yogi Sivadas and I am looking forward to continuing with the next 300 hours with this wonderful teacher.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I’ve attended the 200YTT with Yogi Sivadas and Eric from Freistilyoga in Berlin in June 2019. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I feel so blessed for this inspiring experience. Yogi Sivadas and Eric are not only highly knowledgeable but very authentic. The overall program is well thought through and I’ve learned so much about anatomy, ayurveda, vedic philosophy, spirituality and asanas. Yogi Sivadas teaches a holistic yoga approach focused on overall health and the true essence of yoga which really resonated with me. I loved the storytelling in the area of philosophy and also the small class size. I’m forever grateful to have found this teacher training with Yogi Sivadas and Eric after a long research. It was not only exactly what I was looking for but absolutely exceeded my expectations.
