There are always enough trainers on the field who are available to answer questions. I think it's particularly great that they take the time to explain and show exercises if necessary. Simply class. I'm not the course participant now, but if I were, there are various courses available to me. There is also a solarium and a massage bed. The contributions did not have to be paid at the beginning of the Corona crisis! After the relaxation, the entire gym was rebuilt and divided into cabins so that you could continue to train (free of charge and with an appointment) while other gyms were still closed. And even now that only those who have been vaccinated or who have been tested are allowed into the studio, a free quick test is offered so that everyone has the chance to train. More is not possible For me it is and remains the best fitness studio in all of Lübeck❤️Here, the well-being of the members is very important. You are always motivated, has an unbelievable family atmosphere, everything is new and always clean. But despite my short membership, after submitting a certificate, it was no problem to make it exempt from contributions. I like to go to Clever Fit Ost, although I am absolutely not a sports fan Already during the trial training I was warmly welcomed by the friendly team. The fact that I said that I would like to have the training first of all so that I am largely spared sore muscles was neither commented on in an appraising manner nor in any way questioned and my first, as now the second training plan, was designed so that every part of the body is addressed . A huge parking lot leads to the bright studio. In the entrance area is the reception counter, where you are always greeted with a smile. There is also a seating area and a snack machine with protein bars. This leads to the clean changing rooms, showers and toilets. (Well, I don't know from my own experience whether it's that clean with the gentlemen, but I strongly assume that it is also the same there ) There are several ways to warm up in the studio. From bicycles and cross trainers to treadmills and rowing machines, as well as climbing stairs, there is something for everyone. After being warmed up, you have a wealth of options for getting fit or keeping fit. The circuit training, for example, which has different, well-guided machines that address pretty much every part of the body. There are also a number of ways to do equipment training. Each device can be used independently or you can have everything explained to you by the trainers present. A Trx station is great for working with your own body. There is also a strength training department in the studio. The course room, in which the (who would have thought !? ) guided courses take place, is special. Well, that doesn't make the room special, but the opportunity to take a video course here when it's not occupied is great. I have not yet taken any courses, but the course program is diverse and varied and I will certainly try out one or the other course. If you are thirsty in between, there is a drinks station that offers not only water, with and without carbon dioxide, also changing, other refreshments. After training, you can treat yourself to a portion of the sun under one of the two available solariums or let yourself be kneaded on the water massage table. The consistently personable employees, with absolutely different characters, form, viewed from the outside, a harmonious team in which there is always a contact person for various areas relating to fitness, health and nutrition. At least so far, I have received competent advice and / or answers for every issue. What struck me as a rather strong, average woman, very positively, is that the pretty to very pretty women of the team are at no point arrogant, arrogant or even judgmental. (Which is perhaps important information for women who are not entirely comfortable with themselves.) The audience that I've seen so far is from young to old and from 'beginners' to 'professionals'. Everyone is super nice, the equipment is new, always perfectly prepared and in the free weight area there is always the latest equipment and everything you need!
