Fantastische Erfahrung: I almost never do sport, but you can always take 20 minutes a week. EMS training accompanied me very well during my weight loss phase. All the coaches are good as far as I can tell. But Steffi is the one with whom I got along best and m.M.n. the best trainer in the EMS studio. She really got involved with my needs. You just have to communicate with her. Don't get me wrong, the other coaches also got a lot out of it and made me sweat a lot. But I have to highlight your work!
