Fantastische Erfahrung: I think the fitness studio is really good in terms of design and the courses offered. The price is also reasonable. The last few times courses have been canceled unannounced and we then stood around in front of the door. You could announce that in advance, because I also carried my yoga mat with me, for example. In addition, the massage tables probably don't work in warm weather (?) and then an error message appears. After I had given notice in advance, it comes back, which means you can't use it. I don't think that's okay, because you also pay for this tariff. I also liked the massage chairs before that, they were really comfortable and didn't make that much noise and they always worked (even in warm weather).

Fantastische Erfahrung: Extremely satisfied member for 3 months. The unbeatable price/performance ratio is obvious, €30 for such a variety of modern equipment, free weights and functional training area, sauna, solarium and massage including drinks and courses is more than fair. The cleanliness, the constant maintenance of the devices and the permanent work on small things (new headrests for the sauna, small partitions between the massage chairs, holders for disinfectant dispensers...) show me that not only membership fees are collected here, but a lot of money, mind and heart and soul is invested in order to offer me the best possible fitness experience. This is also confirmed by isolated conversations in the changing room with other members. I can't say much about the trainers, I put my training plan together myself. I don't use the course offer either, so I can't make any statements here either. The only small drawback is that there is no shower in the sauna area itself and after the sauna you have to go through the changing rooms to shower off. This could have been planned better. But hey, I'm already looking for points of criticism with a magnifying glass - and can't find any else. I look forward to every training session followed by a wellness program at Xtra-Fit! ☺️✌️

Positive Erfahrung: Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis und früher hat man auch immer ein freies Gerät/Kurs gefunden. Aktuell (Corona 02/2022) ist es sehr schwer in die Kurse zu kommen, wenn man erst 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn da ist. Leider wird von den Trainern auch nicht immer darauf geachtet, dass man in den gekennzeichneten Waben steht.

Positive Erfahrung: Gutes Fitnessstudio, Preis/Leistung ist gut. Geräte sind genug dort und man findet was man sucht. Corona bedingt 50% der Geräte gesperrt. Personal ist freundlich und hilft auf Nachfrage. Geräte werden allerdings nicht erklärt, trainer sieht man selten

Fantastische Erfahrung: I'm excited. It's a nice, big training center with a lot of training options. Lots of courses that are really fun with motivated, great trainers. You like to come back there again and again. The service is very good and also very friendly. Emails are answered directly. There is enough parking space on site. The price-performance ratio is great. Even in lockdown, they offered great online courses to members. We (several girls) consciously switched to this studio.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was in the Mainzer branch before the gym open in wiesbaden. It is in Mainz a bit bigger but I don’t complain about the wiesbadener one. It’s brand new, the equipment is modern and you have everything, the personelle is kind and at your disposal for any help you need. Most of all it’s clean and the offer is great for the prices. I like it a lot. At your registration you have to pay a one time fee of 30 euros and you chose between a basic packet for 15€/mo or a plus packet for 25 €/mo. Also you can have a lot of different courses every day. A lady gym is available too. Free parking possible in the parking “Tiefgarage” of the gym. Beverages (water and isotonic) are free. You get also a bag, a bottle and a small towel as a present. Very nice :) Only bad point on my side is, with a plus packet, you can only have access to one activity every day (either massage seats, or solarium or sauna). I would enjoy to be able to access all of them everyday. I don’t remember it was that way in the past :/ Anyway I recommend this place if you are beginner or already advanced.
