Fantastische Erfahrung: Very competent friendly staff! Professional owner! ☺️ I visited the gym from 2010 to around 2012! (Back then - there was only the Combat Sports course! Now there are many more offers!) Then my daughter came along (now 2021 - 8 years old), then we moved! But when I come to visit the building, I always feel welcome! The owner Mr. K. Böser always keeps his studio / the whole house / sidewalk clean! Everyone who respects him / is honest with him- can rely on "his word"! What he says - he also does! Top! I really appreciate that about him! ☺️ "Corona" - this stupid time - was / is definitely not easy for him and his team! Hence my conclusion- “K. Keep it up! Tschaka! “Lg Leo ☺️

Positive Erfahrung: Small studio, little activity, but everything is available

Fantastische Erfahrung: Owner-run sports studio. No distractions from the bar or bistro area. Competent staff. There is a free weight area and plenty of equipment. Ergometers, treadmills and cross trainers round off the sporting options. A small sauna is also available.

Positive Erfahrung: I was not there for training, but used the Hermes Shop. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Small, independent gym, has everything you need. Nice atmosphere. If you are looking for the anonymity of the large gyms is wrong here.

Positive Erfahrung: The studio is clean, the staff is friendly and has an understanding of the subject. There is a sauna, various courses from Zumba, martial arts to LnB. There is a good selection of different cardio machines, and everything you need for strength training machines is there to train your entire body. The only downer is the area for barbell and dumbbell training, which is a bit too small for my taste, and the stand for squats, front and neck presses could be exchanged for a power rack.
