With 2 herniated discs, back pain and also bad experience with other studios, I was warmly received, competently advised and my health problems were received sensitively. Fantastische Erfahrung: I booked the nutritional coaching in the studio in Dusseldorf. The care was comprehensive and included a detailed nutrition plan, a training plan and weekly counseling and care appointments. The diet was individually tailored to my daily routine as a professional and was easy to perform. When after the 6 weeks almost 7 kilos were down, I decided for a permanent membership. I'm now at minus 10 pounds in total. Feel great.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great studio just for women - I go out super happy. Especially because of the atmosphere without muscle and topemodels. Even with a few kilos more I will just fully accepted and can feel comfortable here.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Important for me: it is only for women !! Very nice mood and atmosphere in the studio - very nice courses, especially fitness boxes and Zumba I like - just like the new course Bokwa. The trainers are very friendly and helpful and all well trained. Although a sauna is missing for me, but has no other studio in Mettmann (especially since it is the only women's studio and in others I would not go). The audience is from young to old and mixed from slim to somewhat fuller. All in all, I find the studio highly recommended.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Go to the studio 3 times a week for 2 years now - I've lost over 10 pounds since then and I'm completely satisfied.
