You will receive a card during the trial training session, which the device uses to adjust itself to your set weights and body measurements. An under-chest strap measures your pulse so that the device can adjust the load, e.g. during cardio training. It's super effective and convenient. 1 minute is training and 30 seconds are for changing. There are always 2 trainers on site, the support is incredibly nice and very professional. In addition, there is a "Five" - ​​stretching circuit, cardio equipment and a power plate. There are two air purifiers in the studio, the changing rooms and showers are very clean. If you want, you can also motivate yourself with the MilonApp. There is a weight loss program, additional courses rather not or only virtually - instead there are hikes, bike tours and participation in the Mollilauf. In terms of price, the studio is in the premium range, but the very intensive support is not available for free. The concept of the studio convinced me.

The back pain gradually disappeared. To this day, I'm super happy with the coaching team, and they'll help me immediately if I have any questions. My stamina and mobility have improved a lot, so I can only recommend everyone to do sports, no matter how old you are. If the price puts you off, you can do a trial session.
