Fantastische Erfahrung: Great studio in which I have felt very comfortable for years. You can train here around the clock, which I often take advantage of. There is a wide range from digital to old school, EMS or running school. Also a sauna that is open every day and the delicious shakes and coffee should be mentioned. The premises and equipment are always clean and ready for use. The team at move one is great, always friendly and very competent, the trainers are happy to take their time with questions and help with training. You are always greeted warmly and personally and you always feel very comfortable.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great coaching team, great gym! There are various training areas for circular, endurance and strength training. The training areas and changing rooms are clean and well maintained. After work-related problems with the cervical vertebra, all my device settings were checked again and my training plan adjusted accordingly. Through targeted muscle building in the neck, I have no more problems. Training is fun, good atmosphere and very tasty protein shakes!
