Fantastische Erfahrung: Even if many of the devices are a bit older, you can still train very well here. Basically everything is there that you need and it is not too crowded. Due to the size it is almost familiar and the price / performance is simply unbeatable.

Fantastische Erfahrung: As an ex-Nordhauser, I really enjoy training here when I visit NDH again. The 24-hour studio in NDH is unique, especially on the WE or over the holidays, other studios close at 6 or 7 p.m. on the WE and are completely closed on certain holidays. A 12-pass card costs only 69 €, the day training less than 6 € including showering. The gym is intelligently set up: Both those who train normally and ambitious athletes (up to 60 kg dumbbells) can train anything on 400 square meters. Older devices are gradually being replaced by newer ones from Panatta Sport.

Positive Erfahrung: I was a long-standing customer and also very satisfied, the price / performance ratio was unbeatable at the beginning of the contract (partner contract was € 17.50 p.p. at the time, if you go together anyway, it's worth it) If you really just want to train, you are in good hands here, and it is never too crowded. Now and then, during peak hours (4-7pm) one device is sometimes occupied, but you can use another one. There are all the essential devices. Devices and equipment would also be my only criticism: Unfortunately, many devices are now outdated and sometimes stiff. In the last 10 years a lot has happened in fitness equipment and you cannot compare the ones used here with a modern studio. Newer devices are simply more gentle on the joints and isolate the respective muscle area much better. Nevertheless: 4 stars, because I spent a lot of time here and left the studio with a very good feeling every time!

Fantastische Erfahrung: A small but nice gym has been there for a good 4 years and I will remain loyal to it for a long time. The opening hours of 24 hours every day are great because you can go at night or early in the morning if you feel like it. Changing rooms / showers are clean and in good condition.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very familiar gym, where always helped with problems. You never have the problem that it is too crowded and you have to wait in line for ages.
