Fantastische Erfahrung: The club has a very pleasant atmosphere for training. It's very clean, always tidy and you can get started right away! The team of trainers is always in a good mood, is there to help and advise and always makes me feel welcome. But also the cooperation with the other participants contributes to the fact that I train regularly. The club is highly recommended for all women who want to do something for themselves in a women-only studio!!!!

Positive Erfahrung: Good sports club for women. Unfortunately there are no more devices. More aerobic-like gymnastics will be done from videos, under the supervision of a supervisor. Not suitable for women with restricted mobility. Unless a corresponding group is opened. Magnet therapy to strengthen the pelvic floor for women with incontinence is offered here. You have to bear the costs yourself, since the insurance companies do not pay for this therapy (hedgehog benefit). The staff is very nice, friendly and introduces you to the therapy in detail and in a way that is easy to understand. I can't say how much it helps yet. My lower spine pain has definitely improved.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am a so-called "returnee". About 2 years ago I quit after 3 years of membership because I was kind of out of breath, I regretted this step relatively quickly. When I read about the new opening times and change of ownership this year, I started my 2nd attempt. And I did not regret it. Nice dedicated team of trainers, who is always in a good mood. I really enjoy the training.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The team at Mrs.Sporty HN are super nice and totally committed. They are competent in all training questions and can specifically give tips for building muscle. After training, I go regularly with a good mood to go home. With the individual nutrition concept of Mrs. Sporty it was fun to lose 14 kilos and still eat varied! I wish the team a lot of fun at work!
