Fantastische Erfahrung: I used to prefer to sit in the sauna or take courses here than to lift weights. But today I use the machines and weights and am totally satisfied with the offer, the hygiene and the staff. You have peace and quiet while training and the rather lavish price deters the party pumpers and Instamodels. Everyone is treated with respect here, no one blocks a device for hours or sets up their camera. In addition, it is rarely overcrowded, the clientele is well distributed and I can follow through with my training plan, which I was not only able to adapt but also optimize thanks to the trainers on their machines. And when the time is right, I always go to the sauna afterwards for an infusion, or enjoy a shake outside.

Fantastische Erfahrung: It feels like fitness and wellness are in the foreground. Everything is possible, but the classic 'pump' is not. The 'e-gym' area is a great 'add on' for beginners, older people, the technically untalented and is just 'healthy fun'. The employees are very competent and - pleasantly reserved - friendly. This is followed seamlessly by the well-groomed, clean ambience. The price-performance ratio is always right. The many courses on offer are impressive, informally relaxed and everyone can explore and expand their own limits within the scope of their possibilities. For my part, I hesitated far too long, found excuses and pushed the work forward. But maybe that's what I was missing!? - And after the training there's an espresso as a reward. I recently visited the sauna area and think it's really good - although I'm not a sauna-goer. Safety, hygiene, professional competence and friendliness are of the utmost importance in this center.
