Fantastische Erfahrung: I am absolutely happy and satisfied that I made this decision. I can really only recommend it to anyone who enjoys sport and with super nice people. Super friendly staff, always willing to listen and the devices are great.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great studio where women can train in a very relaxed manner. Good service with regular trainer appointments, training plan, large selection of courses, etc. Large selection of equipment and weight room. One of the few studios with a reasonable sauna with a new relaxation room and pool. Drinks, lockers and showers are included.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A great gym where you feel very comfortable as a woman. There is something for everyone. Whether device training or a variety of courses with great instructors. Also the spa area with a dry sauna and a wet sauna are very nice. I feel very comfortable and well advised and in good hands at all times. Top

Positive Erfahrung: An für sich ist das Studio okay und die Mitarbeiter nett. Aber die Öffnungszeiten (gerade am Wochenende!) gehen dafür das man monatlich mehr als 60€ zahlt gar nicht!! Bis 16 Uhr am WE geht einfach gar nicht für diesen Preis! Nicht Arbeiterfreundlich, für welche die am WE arbeiten müssen bis 15 Uhr, man könnte wenigstens auf 18 uhr erhöhen mit der Zeit!! Und die Geräte könnten auch moderner sein (wie bei Superfit zB) mit richtigem Monitor (für Netflix, High Intensity Training, bessere Trainingsmöglichkeiten die mehr Spaß machen usw), zumindest könnte man ein Laufband und einen Stepper neu hinstellen dieser Art! Für mehr als 60€ im Monat kann man das eigentlich erwarten!.. Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz schön.

One of the few studios with a reasonable sauna with a new relaxation room and pool. Drinks, lockers and showers are included. Other services such as hypoxi, massages, aqua fitness, etc. are offered.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym! Great concept! It is adapted to the needs of women. I was once a member, had to terminate the contract and am now a member again. All data was still available and I could follow up on it. For that I am "among women" I also like to pay a bit more than in unisex gym, s. A woman can be a member at any age, whether as a student with little financial leeway, as a young woman with full-time job for stress relief and deserved rest, as a mother where the children are cared for during training or as a granny who still has power in the bones. The range of courses and training sessions is so extensive that everyone will find something for themselves. The trainers are super nice and competent. I can only recommend it!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The atmosphere is very pleasant, the courses on offer are sufficient for me. The trainers are motivated and you are already looking forward to the courses. The staff at the counter are always friendly and you are motivated to take free coaching lessons. The showers are clean. Only the swimming pool is probably too warm and small due to the Aquafit courses to really be able to swim.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Lady`s 1st at the HNC is really great. I've been looking for a gym for a long time, which is only for women because I don't like to work out with men and here it is! I particularly appreciate the extensive range of courses - Zumba and step aerobics are my absolute favorite courses - please keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was a member for 13 years before I ran out of time for professional reasons, now I have more time again and I registered again immediately after the break. I was and am very happy there and feel in good hands.

Fantastische Erfahrung: For a long time I was looking for a fitness center, tried a few others and now I have found the best one for me, my favorite course is optimal in terms of time, after work I get rewarded with wellness and the training recordings and equipment are fun. Friendly atmosphere, I feel very comfortable there!

Briefly about the contribution. I think it's very good that you can choose the term yourself. Price performance is really great. I can really recommend the studio to every woman.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The studio is very well equipped and offers many training opportunities. The extensive range of all courses makes training very effective and interesting. In the sauna and pool area you can relax wonderfully after your workout. The individual support (trainer), which is included in the price, is very competent and friendly. Here my goals can be reached in a pleasant and quick way. Very child-loving childcare takes great care of the little ones while mom works on her health. The staff is very attentive and nice. The atmosphere is relaxed and you really feel comfortable there. An absolute recommendation !!!
