Personal care, benevolent support from all sides, especially from other members who, unlike often in other studios, do not moan around, but support you / me and encourage and cheer. I like that. Fantastische Erfahrung: I was a member of the inform for a long time and had to resign my membership with a heavy heart because of moving. The course offer is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. Yoga, Pilates, Bodyfit, KickBo Workout, ... for all levels and with very good and friendly trainers. And if that does not work out, you can continue in the equipment area and then let yourself be pampered with a massage. The care offered by the trainers is competent and unobtrusive. The studio is clean, the ladies at the bar helpful and the members outgoing and friendly. In a nutshell - an oasis in the middle of the gym jungle.
