Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolutely brilliant box. The coaches are more than competent and really deal with each individual participant individually. After a long history of injuries, I've been able to do sports without pain for the first time in what feels like 10 years and I'm pushed and challenged just right. The other members also gave me a warm welcome from the start. I am very grateful for this experience and the support and look forward to the years to come!

Fantastische Erfahrung: ... what can I say? I love! :) I am a coach myself and had high expectations of the training, which were absolutely fulfilled. The coaches give me a nudge when they realize there's more to it these days - and at the same time they slow me down when they realize that the quality of my movement and my efficiency is currently suffering. I always had a lot of fun and felt very well received from the first hour (both by the coaches and by all the other members). Here everyone can expect to be individually encouraged, regardless of their "level of performance".

Fantastische Erfahrung: For all beginners and already experienced crossfitters: Register with CrossFit Albatross! Max and Eva deliver a unique concept throughout the Regensburg area on a sporty, individual and family level. Both of them are 100% behind their training, which is specially tailored to each participant, and adapt flexibly to each individual depending on the training level, experience or physical condition (injuries etc.). Regardless of whether strength, endurance or mobility the varied training together is incredibly fun and if you cannot perform special exercises (e.g. due to back pain), both will always find an alternative that has a long-term effect and you still don't have to do without training. You can tell that Max and Eva bring a lot of love and expertise with them and are constantly developing. Each of the members is extremely helpful or cheers when you want to get the last bit of strength out of yourself. At CrossFit Albatross you can develop yourself physically and mentally and at the same time train in an unbelievably familiar, yet professional training environment that offers a place for every age group and every fitness level. Fantastische Erfahrung: Für alle Anfänger und bereits schon erfahrene Crossfitter: Meldet euch bei CrossFit Albatross an! Max und Eva liefern im gesamten Raum Regensburg ein einmaliges Konzept sowohl auf sportlicher, individueller als auch auf familiärer Ebene. Die beiden stehen zu 100 % hinter ihrem speziell auf jeden Teilnehmer ausgerichteten Training und passen sich flexibel jedem Einzelnen je nach Trainingsniveau, Erfahrung oder körperlicher Verfassung (Verletzungen etc.) an. Egal ob Kraft, Ausdauer oder Mobility das abwechslungsreiche Training miteinander macht unglaublich viel Spaß und sollte man spezielle Übungen nicht ausführen können (z.B. aufgrund von Rückenschmerzen) finden beide immer eine Alternative die langfristig wirkt und man trotzdem nicht auf das Training verzichten muss. Man merkt, dass Max und Eva viel Liebe und Fachwissen mitbringen und sich ständig weiterentwickeln. Fantastische Erfahrung: My name is Peter Bartonik and I work a lot on the computer. I've always had a rounded back and some back problems due to my work. A good friend of mine recommended the "Accessory Program" from the Crossfitbox Albatross. The owners of this Crossfit Box, Eva and Max, are both trained physiotherapists and super cool trainers. In the accessory program, Max looked at my gait and posture. The mobility of my legs, arms and spine. Then I had to do a few simple exercises. He wrote down a few things and then described his analysis of my overall attitude to me in such a way that I could understand it as a loan. He took a lot of time for the whole thing. From this analysis, he then wrote me a training program that is tailored to my posture problem. Now I know exactly what I have to do and how my body is positioned. Cool box, super nice and competent owner and great atmosphere. I can recommend Crossfit Albatros for everyone. Even for non-athletes like me.
