Fantastische Erfahrung: I was rather skeptical about EMS, I trained with dumbbells for 15 years, getting it out of my head is difficult until ....., until I pinched a nerve in the spine during training because I trained with heavy weights and inattentive and unclean. In conventional classic training, you slowly increase the weights to the limit of year one year, and that puts strain on the bones, joints and the intervertebral disc. This later has the consequence of signs of wear. When I was at B.right, I was more than positively surprised, on the second day I had severe muscle soreness that it was so effective I did not expect. I think if you have little time and want to shape a body without consequences by heavy weights, this is the perfect alternative. The ambiance is also very appealing and has style. Burak has enough backround knowledge and can also help with nutrition planning very well and advise against nonsensical trend diets and provide individual advice. Top Studio!

The plus points are, besides the possibility to purchase sports nutrition, the personal, friendly atmosphere and the high quality of the training. I am allowed to let off steam here and I am challenged or can be guided in a moderate training session followed by an electric massage. Whether as supplementary training - compensation training, post-injury training or to get back into fitness training. I am a fan ♡♡

The studios of b.right are beautifully decorated in modern style and you will find everything for a good workout. The addition of the E-gym devices offers highly effective training. The staff is very friendly, helpful and competent! No comparison to other studios.
