Fantastische Erfahrung: Since I've been at Gomaringer IMPULS for 6 weeks now, my attitude towards such fitness clubs has changed fundamentally (I'm only talking about Dietmar and Gina's IMPULS in Gomaringen, I've never been anywhere else). So far, I've been of the opinion that I can get through my life, which is actually not that unsportsmanlike, without going to the gym and the muscular hunks and styled, well-trained girls (and ladies) are out of my league anyway, until my treating orthopedist taught me better. After my lovely wife encouraged me to take the step, I dared the unknown. As soon as I entered the studio, I realized that all my prejudices were only clichés. Dietmar took so much time for the introduction, showed me my weak points (my strengths were communicated in no time at all), explained to me where which muscle is responsible for what and programmed the devices individually for me. I now go to IMPULS 2 to 3 times a week and have not regretted a minute. My chronic back problems are getting better and better. The informal, relaxed atmosphere in the Gomaringer studio fascinated me from the start - whether it's the Terminator or "Germany's next top model", everyone is really nice, friendly and open-minded, even towards a fitness dyslexic like me.
