Everyone helps everyone, you know how to appreciate the competence of the trainers, you can rely on the fact that there is always someone who motivates you but also corrects you at the same time so that you don't slip into wrong movement patterns. The trainer closely monitors the workouts and errors are corrected immediately, which makes the workout really effective. And no training is the same here, it changes daily, so that you train different areas ... In short, I like to train in CrossFit 63 and can only say come by!
