Fantastische Erfahrung: Super family-friendly, hygienic studio, the beautiful interior design gives you new motivation every time, you can address any trainer with your current fitness problems and always get very helpful answers. Especially during Corona times, the FTO stands out from other studios in the area. We can expect several great workouts, live videos, a lot of motivation and the rental of training material (everything from barbell to trampoline is included). Really can only be recommended!

I am overweight, have established the sport in my everyday life with the support of the trainers, have fun with it and lost so many kilos. I have been training 3-5 times a week and have been doing this for 2 1/2 years. Great care is taken to ensure that everyone is treated well, and everyone is treated with respect, thank God that my apprehension about my appearance in the sports studio has not been confirmed. The coaches always have an open ear for you and are on hand with advice and action. The highest level of hygiene is also used during the difficult Corona period.

You are very well looked after during training here and there is always a trainer on site. In summer, courses are even held outside and there is an outdoor training area. This is my personal highlight. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. Even during the Corona period, the team tries very hard to keep them motivated. They are also busy disinfecting and cleaning everything. Keep it up!
