Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been there for a year. My doctor recommended EMS training to me. My back pain has improved significantly and I feel much fitter again in everyday life. Trainers do a great job and are always available with advice and action. I can just recommend it to everybody!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been here for 1 year. Because of an intervertebral disc damage, I had a massive muscle deficit. Now the Musekldysbalance is almost balanced and the back significantly strengthened. My orthopedist had recommended the studio in Saarlouis and especially EMS. The personal training and the regular times as well as the well trained trainers convinced me.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Bin since 09/2018 dabei.Vollumfänglich a great concept. 20 minutes, in which you pray after 10 minutes at the latest, it may soon be over. After that, a whole week of well-being. Physical and mental. Always looking forward to training and team!
