Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been visiting the gym regularly since the beginning of December. At first I thought the price would be a bit too high, but it's worth it. The staff, the studio management, the trainers, the equipment, the premises, the atmosphere between the team and the customer, but also the relationship among the customers themselves is simply outstanding. I like to go to the staff almost every day and answer questions openly, because they always offer an open ear for training-related, nutrition-related or physical problems. The staff here offers a wide range of experience, courses and courses that have helped me a lot as a customer. I feel very comfortable and can only recommend the studio. With the eGym circuit, as a beginner or re-entrant, you have an optimal prerequisite for performing exercises very precisely and gently. Furthermore, older people or people who come back from injuries can be very well introduced to the training. Whole body training is also possible independently. When I was building up the eGym, the team gave me an almost optimal introduction to free weight training. For this purpose, the training plan is always at hand through the eGym app and is also available to carry out exercises, to be able to see instructions and tips from the trainers and to have individual adjustments made or carried out yourself. At first I thought it was a very small studio and whether everything would fit or be enough, but I only recognized the variety of courses, equipment and the relaxation and sauna area after a few weeks in training. The great feeling, the fun of training and the motivation to promote yourself and your health almost every day have resulted in a weight loss of 18 kg body weight and thus a gain in life energy and joy after a good 3 months of training and diet change. In addition, the view all around is pure pleasure - fields, meadows, in the evening the lights over Sarreguemines and Hanweiler or the view over the glamping resort. Fantastische Erfahrung: Over the course of many years I have been a member of 4 fitness studios in Saarland, one of which the studios all had in common! They tried hard for me until I signed a firm contract, after which I trained lonely among many. Now I've been here at Motivitas for 7 months and I'm absolutely thrilled. Here I find the newest devices on the market. I can train in an absolutely upscale atmosphere. Almost like in a living room ☺️, you have to see the new E-Gym circuit people , with carpet two tables, comfortably subdued light, a super modern wall wallpaper just homely. There are courses for old and young and for every state of health. If you prefer to train outside, no problem! There are plenty of courses here too! Our trainers really heat you up, but always lovingly and very respectfully. In my opinion, the audience is exceptionally nice, nobody is overkandid. I quickly found a connection. As a forest and meadow flea, I don't always want to go to the studio, but do it anyway! I am always there 3 times a week. And really every time I go home happy, relaxed and relaxed. Because of my rheumatism and osteoarthritis I was severely limited, Mike, Frank and his great team got me back on my feet and pain is almost no longer an issue. I love to come here, I am always greeted warmly, people take care of me, I am always asked whether it works with the training or whether I need something, it will be checked whether I am training correctly and corrected if necessary. After training, I relax in the wonderful panoramic sauna with warm fragrant oils, sometimes there is also a Highlander who swirls the hot air with his towel, which is great fun Then take a cold shower and relax in the beautiful relaxation room. The loungers are wonderfully comfortable and there are always blankets ready for me that I can use free of charge. Or we can have sparkling wine, coffee or protein shakes brought to the relaxation room. A service better than with Muttern. From the relaxation room you go directly to the terrace with a wonderful view of the park. Here I have had many a summer evening with my sports friend. Feels like an hour of two short breaks a day. The whole team of Mike and Frank is very committed, friendly, very clean. Never contrived, simply genuine and honest!
