From the first day on, I was a great addition to the team and feel like I'm in a giant gym family! : D I've been doing bodybuilding for 2 years and I'm dancer for latin dances. Fantastische Erfahrung: When I saw the tires outside the gym I thought the gym was only for 'pumpers' and 'tough guys', but when I walked in and heard the loud motivational music I thought 'awesome'. In winter I freeze a little now and then (pack a thick sweater) but when the weather is good, the warehouse character with the garage door open is totally cool and you can also do your exercises outside. What I like best is that no strange guy talks to you. D and that even though there is no separation into women / men (which bothers me personally anyway)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super cool gym, I was 2 weeks for training. I got a voucher and I was super enthusiastic. The trainer (Alex) was really mega competent and brought us closer to the world of crossfit. I think the team is really cool, all young people who realize their dream. You really notice the spirit and the training lifestyle. I can only recommend the gym, there is also a large artificial grass area that allows all sports.

Owner Tasso identifies with his gym, and just as much as he goes to his studio, the members do as well. Greetings and every now and then gives valuable advice. Of course you can also just go for a workout. The devices offer everything you need and much more. The whole hall and especially the changing rooms are spacious, clean and everywhere is fresh air, otherwise I know that otherwise. As a highlight you can still call the possibility in front of the gym in the sun or behind the gym to train in the small green area. In my circle of acquaintances, a few people have already registered for free trial training and have been stuck right there ...

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the best studios in which I have trained nationwide in the last 25 years and definitely the top studio in Greater Nuremberg / Fürth. If you are seriously interested in functional strength training or KDK or just want to get fit, you will find a much more productive environment here than in the typical cheap chain studio with incompetent trainers and annoying towel-under-everything compulsion. There are calluses, sweat and heavy metal (also musical).

What are a few minor criticisms for me are: The training schedule is in English and with abbreviations that are initially difficult for non-professionals to understand. Maybe you could offer two versions in German and English and explain the abbreviations. There are explanatory videos of exercises on YouTube. In order to find them better, I think it would be good if their name agrees with those on the training plan. The YouTube videos with the tech declarations could be shorter and more concise. Supervised trial training should be more consistent. I have perceived these very differently in terms of duration and content. Finally, a big compliment to Jürgen, who explains the tips and takes time to correct and and and. Top!!!!!
