Positive Erfahrung: I can only share my experience from training 4/25/19 as part of the replacement program while my gym was closed. The standard program may be slightly different; The reviews hadn't said anything to me, so I would like to leave information for interested parties that I would have found useful myself when considering whether I should go there or not. The training took place at Ostberger Straße 94, this was also entered on the homepage as a training location for Schwerte. Anyone who (like me) looks at the satellite image and asks where that should be and where to take the car - that was not an issue. Training took place on the meadow opposite number 94; Part of the lawn was for parking, behind which the training area was built. Everything is easy to find and the area is really nice for outdoor sports - there is no infrastructure such as changing rooms, showers, toilets, but I didn't expect it either. The training itself started with a jog "around the block" as a warm-up program. This was followed by circuit training - one exercise for each participant, then in the round to the next station. I found the time at a station very short - I think I understood from the trainers from 20/10 that it was 20 seconds of training and 10 seconds of switching time. Exercise examples: squats, crunches, sit-ups, plank, etc., so a full-body workout. The time for the start / end could be seen after listening to the music being played in the background. In about 40 - 45 minutes, all stations were repeated about 5 times with short breaks for drinking etc. before the start of a new round. What I liked: Training in the fresh air, the rural and quiet area, easy parking, exercises were all explained and corrected if necessary during the training. What I didn't like: The only adjustment to the training level of the participants was the self-selected speed at which the exercises were performed (no difficult / easier alternatives, only a pair of dumbbells for rowing / lateral raises etc.). It is already clear that you cannot bring any equipment to the meadow, but dumbbells in two weights per station would have been feasible, right? I also found the training time (presumed 20 seconds) very short ... hardly started and over. Since every station was run 5 times due to the rapid change, I found the training not very varied after a short time ... again, again, can we do something else? I usually bring my motivation for sport with me, it was definitely the first time that I checked the clock every 10 minutes when the hour was up. If the training is generally similar to last Thursday, the evaluation "If you don't have fun here is your own fault" is not understandable. For me, the music is what motivates me ... normal music and an announcement of the time, also with a little motivation (who knows the group feeling "10 ... 8 more ... give everything"? Was completely missing here) Conclusion: Nice try, new experience, it was nothing for me. A shame, could have been nice. But among the other participants there were some who liked the training very much according to their statement (weather was also really great), so I don't want to scare anyone off with an individual opinion and come to a medium 3 * rating. As I recommend in the studio to anyone who asks whether a course is "good" - try it yourself. I wish you a lot of fun in whatever sport ... maybe we'll see each other, but somewhere else.
