Fantastische Erfahrung: Madness! Didn't think to find such a gem in Siegen. Training like in the times of Arnold, Lou and Co. possible. The studio exudes an old charm that you have to like and appreciate. But someone with the necessary training experience and appreciation will quickly fall in love with this studio. An incredibly competent trainer with decades of experience is always there, there is no lack of protein flavor, the interaction with each other is fantastic! Nobody comes to a stupid, everyone respects everyone, everyone says hello and bye, everyone clears his weights again. The advice is really excellent! Has been in pretty much every studio in Siegen for the past 10 years. But the Body Fit Center will be my new home. I am as happy as I can be. Fantastic, honest! 100 out of 100 points
