Fantastische Erfahrung: Pure fitness studio with absolutely high-quality and new professional equipment with a really pleasant design / climate. In addition, a really wide range of interesting courses, with very well trained, inspiring and motivating staff. Personally, I can warmly recommend it to everyone, whether beginner or already in the advanced / professional area - I was able to achieve very good results there myself. In this sense: good squeeze and pump!

Fantastische Erfahrung: At the Kreuztal location, you are welcomed in a more than friendly manner. You can tell that the sport is in the foreground and not just a current contract number, as you know it from other studios. The staff works very cordially with you and shows strong competence in all training areas. The machines are very well maintained and you get a good muscle feeling. In the free weight area there are enough discs for us "heavy boys". Equipment speaks for itself. Strong quality. On the whole, everything fits in the studio. Nice to see how weight training is still lived out today.
