Here too everything from Hammerstrength. The cardio area offers a wide selection with over 30 devices. Recumbent bicycles, treadmills, spin bikes, rowing machines, normal bicycles, cross trainers and 2 endless stairs. In addition, the course room can be used outside of course hours and up to 1 hour before closing. Courses: Various Les Mills courses, spinning, Pilates, Zumba All led by qualified trainers. rooms: A new building. With air conditioning, which was a dream in this mega hot summer! Everything new, cleanliness is very important here. The course room with stage and 100sqm area is not too narrow either. Changing rooms and toilets are in the basement. Staff: First of all, there has to be so much honesty at this point, I myself enjoyed working there as a trainer for 9 months and had to stop for personal reasons. Unlike usual in such "chains" or franchises, the staff is very present on the area. The owner and studio management put a lot of value on it, rightly. The employees are continuously trained through training. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and respectful of the members. Audience: Very mixed. From 14-80J I think everything is included. From beginners to competitive athletes (bodybuilding, powerlifting ...) you can meet everyone here. Others: Solarium, Vibrafit, collage bed and massage chair (with all-in membership), as well as a coffee machine complete the offer perfectly.
