Der einzige Punktabzug sehe ich in der Gerätehygiene - ich hab bisher nicht gesehen, dass nach Benutzung durch den Kunden vom Kunden desinfiziert wird (und das hat man auch schon vor Corona so gemacht, zumindest in den Sportstudios die ich kenne). Da könnte man die Leute vermehrt darauf hinweisen.
