Fantastische Erfahrung: At the beginning I didn't have a lot of idea about EMS and its effects, but the trainers on site provided extensive information and thus a perfect start to the training. The atmosphere is very friendly and individual needs are met personally. Regular checks show you direct results of the training and can be easily integrated into everyday life for everyone with 20 minutes per unit. Additional nutritional advice rounds off the Fitbox training. All in all, absolutely to be recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I recently had a trial here that I really liked. Although I have been doing EMS training for 5 years now, the trainer has taken a lot of time and talked with me in peace, which I found very good. During the training itself she did not have to explain so much to me and we could start right away. Since you can train here individually, I wanted to be trained, especially my thighs. This has taken her into account in the selection of exercises. The training was exhausting, but she kept motivating me again and again. I also found the atmosphere in the studio very pleasant. Unfortunately I can not conclude a contract at the moment because I am still in another studio. But when the contract is over and I want to continue with EMS, then I have found my new studio for this already.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am absolutely excited. It's my felt 199th gym. So far I have had a donation receipt after a short time rather than a contract. Here it is very different. You make the next appointment after each workout and then you go there as well. The trainers are very nice and motivating. I do not know why it should be a problem that they are so young. The boss is great. Kind. Competently. Helpful. Solution-oriented. For me, this is the perfect studio.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been with fitbox in Heusteigstrasse since the beginning of the year. It's great fun to train there, because the girls and boys are really nice and competent. I also find EMS training good because you can see results relatively quickly with little time. Specifically, the development of muscle and thus the posture has developed very positive for me. Ie. Even in advanced age, there is really good that can be achieved and physical problems can be effectively prevented. The studio is very attractively decorated and the shower always very clean.

The trainers at the Fit Box in the Heusteigvieetel are in practice as well as in theory simply super. Fantastische Erfahrung: With us since day one and haven't regretted a single minute. I've been to the gym before but that's no comparison. My trainers know which exercises are the right ones for my back pain and how they can motivate me to train even on stressful days. Even if I was skeptical at first because it says 20 minutes is enough, I now know why w Very spacious and well-kept studio. I was also fascinated by the all inclusive service. Every training session has training clothes, a towel and the trainer advises you that you should drink something before training on site. The showers are always equipped with shampoo, creams, deodorants, hairdryers and combs !!! Almost like in a hotel, only with sore muscles after every visit I can only recommend everyone to try it at least once. Keep it up guys. I thank you
